Greyhouse Inn Bed and Breakfast

My wife and I shared a special time together at the'Greyhouse. Quiet, clean, comfortable. We enjoyed our morning coffee and breakfast. Yummy.

We stayed one night at The Greyhouse Inn on our way home from a trip to Montana and I wish we could have stayed longer! The setting was beautiful, the cabin was absolutely charming and extremely clean and comfortable. It was very private with lovely views and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Hope to visit again!

The property is beautiful and plenty of room for guests to spread out. The cabins are wonderful for families. A guest fridge would have been useful but the hosts were helpful about allowing us storage in their fridge and loaning us a cooler.

A wonderful building in a gorgeous setting. It was a terrific break in our cross-country journey that was dominated by motels in cities, good only for a night's sleep. We had a great time in Salmon, ID which was made so enjoyable by the friendliness of the innkeeper and the expert advice she gave us on things both practical and enjoyable.

Sharon and Dave are great hosts. I have stayed with them on three occasions now and have not been disappointed once. Sharon serves a great breakfast.

We stayed in the Trapper cabin. It was very relaxing and comfortable. We had spent the day on motorcycles and were really looking forward to a nice evening to relax and have a nice dinner. It was great to be able to go out on the porch and sit and read and watch the cows and horses in the neighborinbg fields, Wish we would have had more time. Loved the bear skin rug in the loft :-)

We were unfortunately only at the Greyhouse B&B for 2 nights but it was just what we needed after 3 weeks of roadtripping. The cabin was lovely and spacious and so comfortable. I loved spending a couple of hours out on the deck reading my book while around an amazing landscape with the smell of horses and cows nearby. Breakfast was a masterpiece and an excellent way to start the day. We will return one day and spend alot longer there so we can try some horse riding and rafting, but this B&B will be the only place we'll stay.

We stayed in the Tower room which was roomy and decorated in a style appropriate to the inn. The grounds were well taken care of and the surrounding scenery beautiful. Sharon was a good host who obviously loves her inn and making her guests feel welcome. The breakfast was hearty and delicious with fresh ingredients. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I were delighted with the accommodations - particularly the fishing decor in the Clark cabin - and breakfast was delicious!

Had a wonderful stay in the Carriage house. Really appreciated having coffee in the room! Sharon gave us so many good tips about the area, which really helped us to get the most out of our mini vacation. Hope we can come back again soon

This inn started off on the wrong foot! We drove up and got ready to checkin and were treated like that cousin you don't want staying with you, even if you paid them. While the Inn says they are kid friendly, they questioned us about how old our daughter was and if she'd disturb their other guests even though I mentioned she was 2 in our original inquiry. We were not shown around the property or told what we could use or not. This was a stark difference from 100 Acre Woods just up the road where we stayed the night prior where we were welcomed like family, shown around and had amenities a plenty on property. We even tried to find the innkeeper to suggest that since we were such an "Inconvenience" we'd leave if they didn't charge us - but we couldn't find anyone! We will not stay here again nor recommend it for families. It is a beautiful inn, and the food was delicious.

Exclusively friendly and caring owner. Clean and comfortable rooms with everything you may need. Tasty and plentful breakfast. Beatiful property and views. Great place to stay!! Should I go again to that area I will definitely stay there again. I would highly reccomend it to my friends.

Great little place, wish we would have had the one with a kitchenette though. Not a bad price, could have been a little cheaper since it was the off season.

THe moment we arrived, Sharon met us with a very warm and friendly welcome. She and her husband, Dave, treat their guests like friends and family, and they made sure that all of our needs were met for the duration of our 3 night stay. She even took time to give me a tour of the entire property. My husband and I stayed in the Lewis Cabin which was absolutely adorable and very comfortable. On the morning after our arrival, I told Sharon that we had not felt so relaxed in a very long time. Our only regret is that we missed Sharon's home cooked breakfast because we chose to sleep in every morning. But, we will be sure to sample her cooking during our next visit to The Greyhouse Bed and Breakfast. Although The Greyhouse is about 11 miles from town, it is well worth the short drive to and from the town of Salmon. We saw the other hotels we had considered while looking online for a place to stay while in Salmon, and we are very happy that we chose The Greayhouse B & B. The Boyds-Boise, ID.

I sure enjoyed my stay at teh Greyhouse Inn B&B. It has a very rustic decor and makes you feel very much at home. I love that the cabins do not have telephones or TVs but instead is stocked with plenty of reading materials or games for families. The innkeepers were so very helpful and friendly. I even left my bracelet and they were kind enough to track me down and leave a message to pick it up after my breakfast meeting. I would definately recommmend this B&B. I would love to see during the holidays!

Beautiful new log cabin - nicely furnished - lots of wildlife in the area - and of course the river - wonderful hosts as bonus.

this was our first stay at a bed and breakfast and if the service received at the Greyhouse Inn is anywhere near the industry standard, we might as well give up hotels.

This was our first stay in a B&B and we couldn't have been more pleased. It was one of our best weekends ever. The owners were warm, fun, and wonderful hosts. Breakfasts were fantastic. Can't wait to go back.

The Grayhouse Inn is gem of a B&B located ont he Salmon River in the Idaho mountains. Fabulous ambiance around grounds and home. Extremely accommodating host and hostess. Delicious breakfasts with lots of variety.

Had a wonderful time-returning for a longer stay this summer.

We enjoyed our stop and stay at the Gray Inn. The family was great and helpful. This place should be on the DO NOT miss list.
