We wete married on 9/29/12 and spent 2 days in the Tree House room. We loved it! Everything was wonderful, from the room to the food. We are telling all of our friends. If you are visiting northern Idaho for any reason, stay here. We will be going back. Mr. & Mrs. Wade & Wanda Harris.

Yes, it is a tree-house set in the pine forest on the West side of our 5 acres. Enjoy queen sized luxury closer to nature in a room in the trees. Complete with every amenity for the consumate tree top traveler. You will find this to be a top notch get-away. Private full bath, large walk-in shower with 2 bench seats and robes located in the main house and accessed through your private entrance into the main building. Please note once again, that your private bathroom is not inside the Tree-House.

We have stayed at American Country B&B several times and it has become our "go to" place for a super get away. Brian and Shar think of everything, sometimes they think of it even before we do! The entire B&B is spotless, the breakfasts are always yummy, the service is super. They have won the Best of the West B&B award numerous years running and there is a reason....they are the BEST. We have never been disappointed in all of the times we have stayed at American Country. Actually, American Country has become the "standard" for all of the other B&B's that we stay in when we travel and we have yet to find one quite as wonderful. Stay here, you will not regret it.

American Country B&B is located 33 miles West of Spokane, WA and 4 miles from downtown Coeur d' Alene, ID. From Interstate 90 in Coeur d' Alene, take Hwy. 95 South toward Moscow. Stay on 95 and cross the bridge over the Spokane River. Take the 2nd right hand turn onto W. Upriver Drive (which will become W. Highland Dr.) for 3.2 miles. Turn South or left on Zircon Lane. We are the first house on the Lane.

The airport in Spokane Washington is only 45 minutes away from our front door in Coeur d' Alene Idaho. After exiting the airport, take Interstate 90 East toward Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. In Coeur d'Alene take Highway 95 South toward Moscow. Stay on HWY 95 and cross the bridge over the Spokane River. Take the 2nd right hand turn onto W. Upriver Drive. Continue on W. Upriver Dr. (which will become W. Highland Dr.) for 3.2 miles. Turn left (South) onto Zircon Lane. We are 705 Zircon Lane (the first house on the right).
