Award-winning Log Spirit B&B is a magnificent log lodge, nestled in 20 secluded acres, surrounded by woods and mountains - a quiet place to relax, yet close to a wide variety of year-round activities (see the "Things To Do" page on our website). From gourmet breakfasts you won't forget to spacious, comfortable rooms that all offer their own personalities, you'll enjoy our warm country hospitality at every turn. Take US Highway 95 north from Coeur d'Alene or south from Sandpoint to Highway 54 in Athol; turn east, towards Farragut State Park, and go 1/2 mile to Howard Road (you'll see our blue-and-white road signs along the way); turn left on Howard, and go 1.8 miles to Tiara Lane; turn right and drive to the end of the road, where you'll find our entrance on your left. - Nearest major airport: Spokane, WA (GEG) 55 miles

Follow the road out of Spokane International Airport towards Interstate 90; take I-90 East ("to Spokane"), and follow that to Couer d'Alene; take the exit to US Highway 95 North ("to Sandpoint and Canada"), and follow the Directions to Property (above) from there.

Fresh apple slices dipped in a cinnamon-seasoned batter, cooked on a griddle much like a pancake, and served with warm maple syrup. Simple, but simply delightful!
Policies - Minimum stay required (Only for holidays and special events; otherwise, 1 night.)
- Smoking is allowed outside only (Specified locations only; this is a wooded site.)
- Limited accommodations for guest pets (Fee for pets; a very nice nearby kennel is also available.)
- Children are welcome (Those under age 18 may not occupy a room without an adult.)
- No childcare is provided
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted (Retailers are easily accessible nearby.)
- Deposit amount required (VISA or MasterCard credit card guarantee.)
- Check in time is 3:00 PM and Check out time is 11:00 AM
- Cancellations:
If you must cancel a confirmed reservation for any reason up to 30 days prior to your arrival date, we will refund 100% of your deposit, less a $20 processing fee per room; cancellations made after that date will forfeit the full deposit, or, if guaranteed by credit card, a like amount will be charged to your card. If we are able to re-book the same room(s) for the same night(s) at the same rate(s), we will refund the deposit amount to you, less the same processing fees. We love the outdoors, as our location on 20 acres surrounded by woods and mountains shows. When time permits (which isn't often enough), we both enjoy riding our motorcycles and seeing this great country.
