Barber, the 22-room 1897 mansion is an elaborate example of Queen Anne style domestic architecture. The Grand Anne Bed & Breakfast is officially listed on the National Register of Historic Places. With its surrounding nearly two parklike acres, including formal gardens, the Grand Anne is the centerpiece of Keokuk's beautiful Grand Avenue, often referred to as the "Miracle Mile" for its abundance of historic homes overlooking the mighty Mississippi. Beautifully furnished with fine antiques, persian rugs and other elegant appointments, the Grand Anne offers our guests the perfect getaway to a more simple and elegant era.
