"Bidwell House is a wonderful place to stay. My mom and I stayed for two nights in the two-room suite in early October. Our rooms were immaculate and full of the little extra touches that make a room special, like Lindt chocolates in our rooms every night. The hosts/co-owners made us feel welcome and at-home, and were ready with helpful advice about what to see and do and where to eat. Eva's breakfasts were delicious. The grounds are charming, with a little stream and water wheel, gardens, a gazebo, and rocking chairs and a swing on the porch. Our second evening was chilly, somthere was a fire in the fireplace. We met a number of repeat guests, and it is no wonder that people keep coming back - it is a wonderful house with a warm and friendly aura. "
