- Deposit amount required (A fifty percent (50%) deposit of the total amount including taxes and surcharges (if any) is required to hold your reservation. The balance is due no less than thirty (30) days prior to arrival.)

- Cancellations:
A full refund of deposit (minus $50 cancellation fee) will be given if cancellation of confirmed reservation is received more than forty-five (45) days prior to arrival date. If notice is given less than forty-five (45) days prior to arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Holiday Policy - Ninety (90) days notice is required for any deposit refunds during holiday periods. A cancellation fee may still apply. - Accepted by the following agencies:
