  • Ke Kihapai, is a charming home formerly known as 'Kili's Cottage', located in gorgeous upcountry Kula, Maui, and owned by a local Hawaiian family. Ke Kihapai, the Hawaiian word for small farm, boasts extraordinary views of the ocean and mountains, and is well stocked with breakfast goodies throughout your stay. This agriculturally zoned property has numerous trees, and includes a variety of indigenous Hawaiian plants. Ke Kihapai is only a short drive to sightseeing destinations, including Haleakala National Park, Makawao Town, and Tedeschi Winery. There are beaches 20 minutes away and approximately the same travel time to the Kahului airport.

    Innkeepers Description:

    We are very well versed in the Hawaiian language and culture. We are born and raised in the islands and are always aware of cultural activities on Maui. Michael is also a professional painting contractor and an amateur windsurfing champion. Other interests for our family are hula, lei making and volleyball.

    • Cancellations: Full refund minus $100 booking fee if cancellation made 30 days prior to arrival. NO refunds will be given after 30 days except for days rerented (NOT requested).
