Tropical Treat for Two - a B&B rental studio located in Kailua, Hawai`i. Enjoy swimming, windsurfing, hiking, body-boarding, biking and kayaking in Kailua. The quiet, north end of Kailua Beach is within easy biking/walking distance - just a mile from our bed and breakfast accommodation. The world renowned Lanikai Beach and Kailua Beach Park are also nearby, just a few minutes drive/bike ride away. Waikiki Beach and Honolulu International Airport are each a 25-minute drive from Kailua, and Marine Corps Base Hawaii is just five minutes down the road. All main Oahu tourist attractions are within an hour's drive of our location.

- Cancellations:
A $35 processing fee is withheld for cancellations. To receive a deposit refund (less the $35 fee), your cancellation must be made 30 days prior to arrival. For cancellation within 30 days of arrival, a deposit refund will be made only if the room can be rented again for the entire reserved period. We will make every effort to do so.
