Our private little sanctuary is located adjacent to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, an International Biosphere/World Heritage Site.

Follow Hwy 11 "mauka" (up the mountain) out of Hilo. After Hilo you will go through the small towns of Kea'au , Kurtistown and Mountain View . As you approach Volcano you will look for Pearl Avenue near the 26 mile marker and turn left.(If traveling from Kona, Pearl Avenue is 1 mile after the National Park entrance; turn right). Continue on Pearl to 9th Street and make a right. A short distance down 9th, the paved road transitions to a gravel road. Continue to the end of the road which becomes a private drive into the property.

- Deposit amount required (We process a $100 non-refundable deposit at the time of your reservation, and the balance approximately 60 days prior to your arrival. Two night minimum stay or $75 surcharge applies.)
- Check in time is 3:00 PM and Check out time is 11:00 AM
- Cancellations:
If you cancel your reservation prior to the 60 day deadline, you forfeit only the initial deposit. 50% of the full payment will be forfeited for cancellations made 30 to 60 days prior to arrival date. For cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival date, the full payment will be forfeited. No refunds will apply for cancellations during major holidays, Merrie Monarch Festival and the Kilauea Wilderness Run.
In Hawaii, transient accommodations are subject to a total tax of 11.42% consisting of TAT(Transient Accommodation Tax) and GET(General Excise Tax).
