Tara Firma Inn – Volcano is enveloped in the Hawaiian rain forest. Come relax and enjoy. The smell of cedar meets at the door and welcomes you in. Giant ferns surround the house and it feels very pre-historic. Dinosaurs could have lived in a place like this.
We are located three miles from the entrance to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park and the continuous lava flow (since 1983) from Kilauea Volcano.

**From Hilo, take Highway 11 just past the 26 mile marker, turn right on Wright Road (Numbered Road 148), take Wright Rd. about 1&1/3 miles to Road A and turn right. Turn right on the first street, Kekoanui Blvd (or Road B, sorry there isn't a road sign). We are the third driveway on the right. There are signs for Tara Firma Inn - Volcano on both sides of the driveway and the house number is 19-4251.
