Tara Firma Inn - Volcano
Tara Firma Inn – Volcano is enveloped in the Hawaiian rain forest. Come relax and enjoy. The smell of cedar meets at the door and welcomes you in. Giant ferns surround the house and it feels very pre-historic. Dinosaurs could have lived in a place like this.
We are located three miles from the entrance to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park and the continuous lava flow (since 1983) from Kilauea Volcano.

**From Hilo, take Highway 11 just past the 26 mile marker, turn right on Wright Road (Highway 148), take Wright Rd. about 7/10 of a mile to Laukapu and turn right. Turn left on the next street, Kekoanui Blvd and travel about 3/10 of a mile. Look for the Tara Firma sign by the driveway, on the left.
