We are located near the summit of Kilauea Volcano at an elevation of 4050 feet, on the sunny side of Volcano Village. The southern end of the property is bounded by Hawaii Volcanoes National Park with its amazing landscape and active volcanism. Of interest to golfers, we are situated a short walk away from the Volcano Golf and County Club... a beautiful course with views of Mauna Loa and Mauna Kea.

- Deposit amount required (Suite rates are based on single or double occupancy, a two-night minimum, and are subject to 4.166% Hawaii sales tax and 7.25% hotel tax. We offer a 10% discount on stays of 7 nights or more)

- Cancellations:
The Deposit is forfeited if the cancellation is received less than 14 calendar days before your Check In Date, otherwise we will refund 100% of the Deposit. The Thanksgiving and Christmas seasons (Nov 15-30) and (Dec. 15-Jan. 5) are exceptions: We require payment in full with the booking and will refund 50% of the payment if cancellation is received 30 or more days before arrival.
