Nestled in the Hawaiian fern forest and situated near the edge of Kazamura Cave, Aloha Crater Lodge welcomes you. Located 1 mile from the Hawaii Volcanos National Park, our rooms are designed with your privacy in mind. Every room has it's own entrance and gorgeous views of the natural Ohia and Hapu'u landscape. We have stocked your minifridge with a variety of fresh island fruits,a loaf of our homemade Hawaiian tea bread and a few extras. At your leisure have your choice of complimentary fresh brewed coffee,tea,hot chocolate and juice. Enjoy your coffee while overlooking the crater. Kazamura cave is a treasure to behold. Breathe in the beauty and majesty of the days of old when lava created this incredible sight. After breakfast you might drive down the hill to Hilo, about 30 scenic miles, where you can shop til you drop or beach it for the day. Unwind before dinner by taking a hot tub. Situated near the crater for your relaxation and more breathtaking views. A gourmet dinner awaits at any one of the fabulous restaurants located in Volcano Village and then, a cruise to the National Park. Definitely the HOTTEST attraction our island has to offer, Hawaii Volcanos National Park is one of the few places in the world where you can view a live active volcano. Aloha Crater Lodge is located on Lanihuli Rd. off of Hwy 11 in the town of Volcano. From Hilo go south west up Hwy 11 about 25 miles. When you reach Volcano turn left on Lanihuli Rd. Aloha Crater Lodge is the 3rd house on the left side, 11-3966.
If you are coming from the Kona side of the island, Lanihuli Rd is located about 1 mile past the Volcanos National Park on your right. - Nearest major airport: Hilo, Hawaii (Big) Island, HI (ITO) 25 miles

Made fresh daily. Hawaiian tea bread is a combination of banana bread with pineapple and coconut. This is a perfect compliment to our fresh island fruits. Top it with butter,cream cheese or jam.

Full refund of entire payment if cancelation is made 72 hours in advance of reservation date. The cost of one night room rate will be held and not refunded if notice of cancellation is within or less than 24 hours of reserved dates.
