Located across from the Ocean with a short walk to Brennecke's and Poipu Beach, All with Air Conditioning! Choose from one and two bedroom vacation rentals with full kitchens or Bed and Breakfast rooms and suites. We have only 14 accommodations on an acre of Hawaiian gardens. Rates start from $130 to $220, nightly. Garden to Ocean views available. The best rates are offered with a 7+ night stay or if traveling during our value season. Rate depends on number of nights and type of accommodation. We are located in a small beach community that is great for walks to the beach and surrounding Poipu coastlines. Great day sunsets and star watching too! Lots of Aloha Shared Here!!

1938 bed and breakfast Inn with Air Conditioned suites. Our Inn consists of 4 suites from 350 to 700 square feet, each with private bathroom, window air conditioning, free local phones and more. These are limited to adult guests only and do not offer cooking facilities. A full breakfast and daily maid service is included.
Our Nine Cottage-Style Vacation Rentals offer Ocean, or Garden View. These spacious rentals include full kitchens, living and dining rooms, bedroom, bathroom, and decks. Features include ceiling fans, air conditioning, free local phones, tropical decor with hardwood floors, and much more from $130 a night.

Hand sliced from Punalu'u Bakeshop Guava Sweet Bread flown in fresh from the Big Island. Our French toast melts in your mouth, graced with Coconut, Guava or Maple syrups. This one of a kind meal is accompanied with Chicken Apple Sausage for just the perfect combination. Breakfast always begins with Kauai Sunrise Papaya or a Kauai Fruit Platter, fresh ground Hawaiian Coffee and Teas and a chilled glass of Guava Nectar. Enjoy some Ocean Views from the table and an occasional whale or Dolphin sighting. Our breakfasts and service is always full of Aloha!
