I have a folder in each room which gives information such as "if you would like your linens changed or fresh towels please let me know". Most of my stays are only three (3) days and therefore I do not change the bed but if someone would like their bed changed I am perfectly willing to do that. Just ask.
We have ceiling fans in both rooms and normally have fresh breezes and rarely experience weather so hot and still as to be uncomfortable. If guests want air conditioning I suggest that they go to a hotel where the rooms have fixed windows and canned air and fresh towels every day.
