    • Deposit amount required ($100 deposit at the time of booking, balance due at check-out)
    • Check in time is 3 PM and Check out time is 11 AM
    • Cancellations:
      Room rates are based on single or double occupancy and there is a $30 per person/per night charge for additional people. Maximum occupancy per suite is 4 people (2 people for the Orchid Suite). A security deposit is required at the time of booking. Reservations not secured by a deposit within 3 days may be cancelled. Room rates are subject to HI state tax of 12.4%. Cancellations/changes must be received 60 days prior to check-in to receive a deposit refund (less a $50 processing fee). Cancellations less then 60 days prior to arrival will result in your credit card being charged the full amount of your reservation, unless we can re-book your dates, and then only a processing fee of $100 is charged. Early departures & no-shows are charged the full amount.

    The beautiful bedroom of the Green Rose Suite, complete with a large chess game and en-suite computer.The private deck to the Plumeria Suite, where guests can enjoy beautiful views of our tropical forests.
    The living room of the spacious Green Rose Suite, complete with 2 full size sleeper sofas which offer room for one or two additional guests.The kitchen / dining area of the Green Rose Suite. The large full kitchen comes complete with a super-size ZubZero refrigerator, JenAir range and all the comforts of home.
    Travel for the budget minded: The bedroom of the lovely Orchid Suite. This suite has a kitchenette, private bath, and spacious deck with gas BBQ.
