Policies
- Minimum stay required (4 days)
- Smoking is allowed in limited areas
- We cannot accommodate guest pets (can't bring pets to the islands)
- Limitations on children staying
- No childcare is provided
- Deposit amount required ($100 deposit at the time of booking, balance due at check-out)
- Check in time is 3 PM and Check out time is 11 AM
- Cancellations:
Room rates are based on single or double occupancy and there is a $29 per person/per night charge for additional people. Maximum occupancy per suite is 4 people (2 people for the Orchid Suite).
A security deposit is required at the time of booking. Reservations not secured by a deposit within 3 days may be cancelled.
Room rates are subject to HI state tax of 11.4%.
Cancellations/changes must be received 45 days prior to check-in to receive a deposit refund (less a $50 processing fee).
Cancellations less then 45 days prior to arrival will result in your credit card being charged the full amount of your reservation, unless we can re-book your dates, and then only a processing fee of $100 is charged.
