    • Consumption of alcohol is permitted (bring your own)
    • Deposit amount required (50% deposit required at booking, balance due one week from arrival.)
    • Check in time is 3:00 PM and Check out time is 11:00 AM
    • Cancellations:
      If your plans change and you notify us by email more than 21 days prior to your arrival date you will be charged a $20/night rebooking charge and all other deposit funds will be refunded. If you write to notify us of a cancellation less than 21 days prior to your arrival date you will not receive a refund, but you will be allowed to apply all payments towards another stay. (No refund or credit is issued for changes occurring after arrival). This is a non-transferable "in house" credit and can be applied one time within one year of the original booking date using our online booking form. *Cancellation periods may vary: 60 days for reservations for the Merrie Monarch Festival.
