If you write to notify us of a cancellation less than 21 days prior to your arrival date you will not receive a refund, but you will be allowed to apply all payments towards another stay. (No refund or credit is issued for changes occurring after arrival). This is a non-transferable "in house" credit and can be applied one time within one year of the original booking date using our online booking form. *Cancellation periods may vary: 60 days for reservations for the Merrie Monarch Festival.

    I found the room to be a bit dull and dusty for the price. Also the lack of air conditioner and intense sound of the frogs made it difficult to sleep. The breakfast was surprisingly very good.
