You can start your hike here, or we will give you a lift and store your gear . . . of course, you can choose to hang out on your lanai or at the beach or explore Kauai.

    There is only one major perimeter road on Kauai, which has different numbers and names in different areas. We are approximately two miles from the northerly end of the road, which is known here as Kuhio Highway. If you keep the ocean on your right, you'll eventually come to us. We are on the next street north of Hanalei Colony Resort on the left.
  • Nearest major airport: Lihue, Kauai, HI (LIH) 30 miles
  • Directions from airport:
    When you leave the airport, turn right at the light and continue for about 25 miles to Hanalei village (after the first one-way bridge). Kalalau B&B is about five miles past Hanalei across several one-way bridges. First right after Hanalei Colony Resort (only resort in the area).
