Birds splash in the river as it flows by and mountain peaks rise close behind. The sound of ocean waves calls you to an uncrowded beach just five minutes away. Walk over the wide lawn for a quiet moment by the riverbank and catch the swing under the giant monkeypod shade tree. Launch a rental kayak off the front lawn and enjoy a leisurely paddle, past a flock of egrets, to the beach. Everywhere you look, you are soothed by shades of green--fields, woods, coconut groves....It's truly an idyllic rest spot in a healthy, non-smoking environment.

Four night minimum stay. One to three night stays are considered, subject to availability, one week prior to arrival.

- Minimum stay required (Four night minimum stay. One to three night stays are considered.)

- Deposit amount required (50% deposit upon reservation via PayPal. The balance is due 60 days before arrival.)
- Check in time is 5 PM and Check out time is 11 AM
- Cancellations:
Cancellations must be received at least 60 days before arrival for a full deposit refund, less $50 administrative fee. After that, pro-rated refunds will be made for the percentage of the booking that is successfully filled with another reservation. Deposits are otherwise non-
refundable. Should you find that you cannot keep your reservation, please contact us right away, or at least 60 days before arrival.
