  • Directions from airport:
    Go south about five miles to the town of Silao. Stay on the highway going around Silao until you see the Guanajuato turn-off to the right. The turn-off circles around going east and continues as a toll-road to Guanajuato. After passing the toll booth, go left at the traffic circle and follow the signs into the center of Guanajuato.

    The central patio is the focus of the colonial house, providing access to all the rooms as well as stairways to the terraces.The dining room is decorated with handcrafts from several parts of Mexico and Guatemala. Some unusual architectural features were discovered behind these walls.
    The Charro Guest Room reflects the great Mexican cowboy tradition.The living room features weavings and other handcrafts from Mexico and Guatemala.  All the furniture is custom made by hand in Taxco and Apaseo El Alto.
