Reservation Policy

  Minimum Stay: there are minimum requirements during all American and Mexican Holidays

  Deposit Amount Required: A HOLD is made for the full amount on the credit card given when creating this reservation. It is NOT a charge, strictly a hold

• 

  Cancellations: * Cancellation must be made by a phone call, and backed up by an email. If you cancel your reservation before 30 days of your arrival date (45 days before arrival date during all holiday seasons) you will not be charged the total amount of your reservation, and will not incur a cancellation fee. If you cancel between 30 to 15 days of your arrival date ( 45 to 30 days before arrival date during all holiday seasons ), we will allow you to apply the total amount of stay value less $100.00 cancellation fee towards a future reservation made within 1 year from the cancel date.If you cancel 15 days or less ( 30 days or less during all holiday dates and seasons ) there will be no refund whatsoever unless we can fill your complete reservation. In that event, we will be happy to refund your entire amount less a $250 cancellation fee. All rates are based on single or double occupancy and include taxes and full gourmet breakfast. Tips are not included for the staff in our rates. Common tipping within Mexico is a standard of 10 to 15 percent. Several rooms may accommodate 3 people in which case an additional person fee of US$35 will apply. H O L I D A Y.. R E S E R V A T I O N .. P O L I C I E S .. Christmas and New Years' week, all guest rooms must be booked for a min. of 5 nights and will reflect and extra holiday fee of US$50 per night added to your bill to pay upon arrival. All Mexican Holidays, Day of the Dead and Puentes must be booked for a min. of 4 nights
