Set amidst trees, stands Casa Exclusiva a private, economical, 4-suite bed and breakfast, just a short walk up from the jardin (the main plaza) in historical San Miguel.
When you book with us, look forward to romantic rooms and a classically Mexican house. Each suite is fitted with a gas fireplace, king or queen-sized bed, television, en-suite tiled Jacuzzi-plumbed bathtub, a shower and a walk-in closet.
Enjoy our handsome, well-stocked library. Ample breakfasts and early-bird coffee in the kitchen add to your comfort.
The suites are each different in size and décor and named for famous movies.

Casablanca suite. U.S.$65 double. Compact and cozy.
Moonstruck suite. U.S.$77 double. Mid-size, with a balcony.
The Rose Tattoo suite. U.S.$95 double. Large, with a balcony.
TheAfrican Queen suite. $110 double. Large, opens to an expansive patio.

Minimum stay required (We require a five-night minimum stay.)

We cannot accommodate guest pets (Seeing-eye dogs are welcome.)
Accommodations are not suitable for children (High-set balconies and fountains endanger children.)
No childcare is provided
Deposit amount required (A deposit of 50% is required to confirm the booking. The balance must be received by us no later than 40 days before your visit with us.)
Check in time is 2.30pm onwards and Check out time is 1.00 pm
Cancellations:
If a booking will be cancelled, and a refund sent, we must be notified no later than 30 days before the planned visit. Otherwise the refund will depend on our success in re-booking the room with another party.

Innkeepers

Innkeeper(s): Peter and Nancy
Nancy has a master's in fine arts from the University of Iowa and worked as a feature writer for several newspapers. She writes poety, short stories, essays and publishes with magazines. Peter is a landscape gardener and has worked teaching horticultural and landscape design in the New Zealand Open Polytechnic. Hailing from different parts of the world, the couple mutually enjoys travel, literature and gardening and painting. Although we do not have a cat, we are great cat lovers.
