The Lincoln House Hotel is a delightfully hospitable bed and breakfast hotel of Georgian Townhouse character, built in the late 18th Century, in the reign of King George III. We offer en-suite rooms (most have air conditioning) that feature many modern comforts such as free wireless Broadband internet connection, Tea & Coffee welcome tray, Satellite TV, Hair Dryer and Mini Cooler and a variety of other services in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. We are situated in a prime location; close to central London diverse scenes and activities and near to London most famous sites such as Oxford Street, Hyde Park, Kensington, Piccadilly Circus, theatre shows of London West End. The hotel is located at the heart of the bus/underground london transportation system and on the major airport express bus routes and therefore conveniently reached by overseas travellers. Lincoln hotel is a very nice place. The best thing is that it is located in the centre. The service was nice and the room tidy. I did not have any breakfast there so I cannot tell.

Loved the location, within easy walking distance and/or a tube ride to everything you'd want to see or do in London. For breakfast, Lincoln House gives you a choice of omelets (try the cheese/mushroom), Greek yoghurt and pita, vegetarian, and more. My room was small, but had everything I needed, including a small private shower bath (think cruise ship), desk for working with great wi-fi, tea-making things, little refrigerator, etc. Like most of London's B&B hotels, it's historic ("listed" in local parlance), so there's no lift (elevator). Pack light, and keep in mind that you'll be climbing stairs each day. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I stayed at the Lincoln House Hotel on a business trip to London. It was easily accessible from Gatwick via train and a quick taxi ride. The hotel was very clean and affordable not to mention just a few blocks from Oxford Street. I would stay here again.

Our hotel is situated in Gloucester Place which is in the West End area of Central London. Gloucester Place runs parallel to Baker Street with Oxford Street at one end and Marylebone road at the other. We are within 5 minute walking distance from Marble Arch metro station.

1. The hotel is situated on the airbus routes to two of London’s main airports: Stansted & Luton. Average fare: £10 per person. We would advise our clients to make use of this service since an official stop is next to our hotel. As for transport from Heathrow and Gatwick Airports and further directions from all airports we would advise you to visit:centrallondonbandb.co.uk/direction-London-hotel.html 2. Underground train takes around 1 hour and costs about 4 pounds per person. The nearest station to us is Marble Arch. You will need to change once from Picadilly to Central line at Holborn Station. (not recommended for guest with heavy luggage). 3. The third and the most expensive option is taking a Taxi to the hotel. The journey time is around 40 minutes. The charge could be anything between £35 - £55, depending upon the traffic!
