When I tried to use a PROMO code that was valid until May 21st, two of your customer service reps told me that it was no longer running..... when I corrected them they seemed to have no clue as to what was going on or how to fix it. Now I haft to send my purchase order via email to receive the $20 ....this is very inconvenient! |

Firstly, your 1800 number claims to be 24/7, but after calling four times and attempting all four menu options, all of your offices are only open central time 8am to 5pm. Very disappointing and frustrating.
Secondly, I had to attempt to submit my credit card number several times and encountered error message after error message. My card number was not entered incorrectly, nor was the security code. I had to copy and paste my credit card number several times before your website finally processed it successfully.
