The modern and tastefully furnished studio apartment (approx. 36 m²), with a south west facing balcony, is located on the 3rd floor (with elevator) of an apartment building in Munich/Berg-am-Laim. The property is situated approximately 10 minutes from the city center and the Exhibition Center by car. The bright apartment provides a combined bedroom and living area with a double bed (180x200cm) and couch (140x200cm), which can be used as a sleeping alternative. The studio also contains a fold-out dining room table and four chairs, wardrobe and a TV (Astra Digital) with over 150 different TV and radio channels in various languages. The kitchen is modern and equipped with top quality appliances, including a microwave. The bathroom, also very modern, is equipped with a bathtub and shower.

A lovely apartment, well furnished, clean, sunny and very comfortable. We definitely felt like it was our home away from home. Despite not being in the centre of the city, the apartment is well serviced by the underground and trams. We can recommend a great bakery which is 2 stops from the apartment on the tram line 19, heading towards the city centre! Thanks for a lovely stay!
