      A deposit of one night's accommodation per room is required at booking. Fifteen days prior notice of cancellation or change of date is required. A $35 cancellation fee will be charged at the time of cancellation. Cancellation within fifteen days of arrival will result in loss of deposit.

    Bloody Marys, Ballatini, or a wonderful mint julep. It is your way at the Ballastone. Gazebo Suite one of Ballastone's favorite. English stenciling from castle walls, 18th blanket chest wonderful fireplace with the best view of the house onto the courtyard.
    Then there is Tea Olive with her raised canopy, needlepoint pillows, antique chaise to lounge the day away.  Italian matelasse coverlet and shams.  Antique lighting and chandelier. Come on in...
    Not just waffles here at the Ballastone. Fresh fruit served, of course, in antique fruit dishes from a past era. Fresh baked breads(daily) and our own Ballastone oatmeal homemade toast.  Nothing is ordinary at the Ballastone Inn.
