    • Deposit amount required: Credit card required to hold room. 100 % at time of reservation for peak activity dates

    • Cancellations: We have a standard Seven (7) day cancellation policy except for peak two-day minimum stays. These are special dates and we will tell you at the time of your reservation if the dates of your stay are considered to be peak times. These dates require a Thirty (30) day cancellation and the payment for the two-day stay is required at the time of the reservation. (Payment is Non-refundable if policy is not strictly adhered to and cancellation is not done in the time-frame allowed for the chosen dates. When reserving multiple rooms, half of the total rate will be charged at that time. This is non-refundable if cancellation policy is not followed. A standard $20.00 cancellation fee will be charged to offset service charges. Early check out will be charged at regular rate.

    We were made to feel like special guests in a lovely, well cared for Victorian Home. The rooms, sevice and expecially the food were outstanding. The Innkeeper even helped us get "unlost" on our way to a wedding, staying with us by phone all the way.

    I have stayed at this Inn many times with my husband and my girlfriends. A friend picked it at random over 10 years ago and it was a great choice. Extremely clean and lovingly decorated by the Innkeeper, Susie, with her exquisite collections. Breakfast is always outstanding and the company of Susie and her neice Wanda is like going home a visit.
