    The Sheftall Sheftall Room. This room is on the third floor of the main house. It has a king-sized canopy bed, working fireplace, shared balcony, and closet with changing area. In the bath it has an oversized whirlpool tub with wall-mounted shower and double vanity. Each of our 17 guestrooms and suites features a carefully chosen selection of antique furniture, luxurious fabrics and attention to detail. All rooms include a private bath. Some rooms feature whirlpool baths, while others have either a charming claw-footed tub or walk-in shower. All rooms and suites include a working fireplace, individual heating and air conditioning controls, telephone, complementary wireless Internet access, and flat screen cable television with DVD player. Each room also has a CD player, hair dryer, iron and ironing board and bath robes.The Gastonian offers the ultimate experience for Savannah's discriminating guests. Set in a residential neighborhood on Gaston Street near Forsyth Park, the Inn is known for its intimate atmosphere, authentic antiques, grand decor and personalized hospitality. You will find the staff warm and welcoming, and its location perfect for touring the historic district.
    The Gastonian, located near Forsyth Park, consists of two adjoining Regency-Italianate-style mansions built in 1868. Today, The Gastonian is a four-diamond, award-winning bed and breakfast inn, recognized by Conde Nast Traveler as one of the finest places to stay in the world. It's intimate 17 guest rooms are uniquely furnished and named after prominent Savannah natives such as Flannery O’Connor, Juliette Gordon Low and Mary Telfair. All guest rooms have working fireplaces. Guests are given personalized breakfast menus, and they can choose either a silver tray service or they may join other guests for family-style breakfasts. Tea, with hors d’oeuvres and wine, is served each afternoon. Desserts and cordials are served in the evenings.Turndown service and breakfast are always included in your room rate. Special amenities such as fresh flowers, strawberries dipped in chocolate or champagne, can be enjoyed for an additional charge.
    201 Juliette Lowe: Superior This room is located on the second floor of the second house; it has a queen sized bed, claw-foot tub with shower and private balcony.The tranquil and historic gardens at The Gastonian are a special treat for guests. The side garden, like many in Savannah, was designed to be seen from the street. Tucked away behind a wrought iron fence, azaleas, boxwoods and colorful seasonal plants are lined formally, by height, along the edges of a central lawn and tiered fountain. A more private, intimate garden lies just around the corner, featuring a bricked floor, an intimate swing for two and small pool for goldfish and water lilies. A wooden balcony connecting the two mansions overlook both gardens. It’s the perfect place for a morning visit with coffee or tea and a newspaper.
    202 Casmir Pulaski: Grand Superior This room is located on the second floor of the main house, it has a king-sized canopy bed, shared balcony, and a whirlpool tub with hand held shower.
    306 Mary Telfair: Grand Superior This room is on the third floor of the main house. It has two full-sized beds, working fireplace, shared balcony, and double closets. The bath features an oversized whirlpool tub with wall-mounted shower and large vanity.The Gastonian is two blocks from Forsyth Park and within easy walking distance to a number of city squares, including Whitefield, Calhoun, Monterey, Troup, Lafayette and Madison. It's a five-minute walk down Lincoln Street to Colonial Park Cemetery, and from there just a few blocks to the Juliet Gordon Low Birthplace on Oglethorpe Avenue.
