Dear Monique and William, We stayed at the Armstrong Carriage House for our 10th Anniversary. We really enjoyed the Inn. It’s so cozy & the treats & breakfast are great. We went to the Old Pink House & I mean it is great – had Pork Tenderloin & Grouper – EXCELLENT. We also went to the Fort and on Tybee to a little café Sunday. It was also a good choice. Good homemade burgers. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you for everything. We will return.

What a lovely place to stay in Savannah! The Jenkins house was the perfect respite for a girls' weekend getaway. It was cozy, had everything we needed and - best of all - allowed us to enjoy a Savannah B&B and have a place of our own. The row home was fully equipped with every convenience needed. The plush down beds were dreamy, the antique character of the row home was beautiful and the cozy fireplaces and comfy living room created the perfect atmosphere to relax. We will definitely be back!

Could not believe my luck when I got there and was blown away by The Carriage House. I had stepped into very upscale European accommodations executed in very good taste; yet the price was so reasonable. Her husband's (William Armstrong) oil paintings hang everywhere. Beautiful portraits and landscapes abound, offering samplings of the hauntingly beautiful and historic area. 2 floors, 2 fireplaces, Victorian bathroom, robes, cable TV, washer/dryer, central heating, the 4 poster bed had double down-feather toppers finished in the finest linens, all under a soaring A-frame-beamed ceiling. And I could go on about the full kitchen, the enchanting courtyard with echoing bubbling fountain only a few steps through double french doors. Having been born in Savannah and moving away at a young age, I have a very strong pull to the city and make a habit of stopping there when driving the eastern corridor. Monique, a primary owner, greeted me with a very cheerful "bonjour" and lead me to the carriage house w/ fire place lit and offerings of cheese, crackers, fruit and wine. I would have to call the continental breakfast as "deluxe". Croissant, choices of artisan breads, coffee, real butter, cream cheese, crumb cake, juices, dry cereals, milk, fresh fruit, on and on. Slices of a decadent dense flowerless cake awaited me that night with sherry in a crystal suite of decanter and cordial glasses. Merci Monique et Guillaume!!!! Eugenio M. Valle East Hampton, NY

Our stay at Armstrong Inn could not have been any better. Such wonderful accomodations. Very stylish, quaint, romantic, and unique. Everything we wanted or needed was right there. The owner gives such a warm and personal touch that we will return many times in the future. We could not thnk of staying anywhere else when visiting Savannah, nothing else could compare. The city is such a wonderful place to visit with so much to see and do. Unique restaraunts, shops, pedicabs, horse and buggy tours and so much more. The people of Savannah are so friendly and nice.

My wife, daughter and I had a wonderful stay at the Tatnall House, a beautiful home in a gorgeous part of town. The location was ideal for walking about Savannah, the accomodations were spacious and neat and the proprietor couldn't have done enough for us. We arrived late on New Year's Eve without diner reservatios and she made at least a half dozen calls to local restaurants until she found one that could take us. All-in-all, an incredible value!
