Spanish Moss Inn
GRAND OPENING! The Dunlap-Eppinger house was built on the corner of Jefferson and Hull St. in 1808 but was relocated to Bay and Price St. in 1968. It and other home’s were rescued and restored in an effort to preserve Savannahs historic homes. For the first time, we welcome traveler’s from all over the world. Come relax within the elegant yet family setting without sacrificing the comforts of home.
The Spanish Moss Inn is newly furnished and renovated.
It has five elegant rooms and intimate common areas. During the morning light our living room, dining room, and sun room fill with warmth and reveal wooden floors throughout the house, crown molding, and plenty of reading spots. You can see Emmett Park and glimpses of Savannah River from our inn. It's a short walk from our home to Savannah River Street where you might dine or sightsee. Our location provides the ease and comfort that you desire while on holiday in this historic downtown area. Make Savannah your getaway destination.
