Our spectacular pistachio crusted pork tenderloin with whipped jalapeno sweet potatos and orange beurre blanc sauce is exquisitly prepared at your request.
Served with a fresh salad with toasted nuts and fresh fruit, and a delicious dressing and freshly baked bread. A refreshing citrus dessert follows.
48-hour advance notice required, minimum of two people. You may be joined by other guests. Please let us in on very special occasions (proposals, etc.) so we may arrange for you to have private dining.
