Serenity and sanctitude of the place will keep me coming to Enota time and again. Enota is an experience with sprit of service and testament to preservation of that which is humanity. If you are looking to reconnect, rekindle, or just want to feel the presence and grace of nature this is the place for you. Facilities are particularly designed to enhance the experience of closeness to each other and nature. I stayed in the motel room by the waterfall. The rooms are cosy and give a cabin like feel. Perfect place for families or if you want to get away from that city life and reclaim all that is truly important in life. Enota: paradise in Georiga for tradition and hospitality. For me this is the space for inner journey to divinity that starts at the front desk of the loge. A special thanks to Swan, Jennifer and Pam.

My husband and I found a little slice of hidden beauty when we discovered Enota Retreat just south of Hiawassee, GA. Nature at its best along with the best hospitality that can be offered. With a campground full of guests, Swan, the owner/director, offered a dinner and breakfast to all of the guest who wanted a very healthy, well-prepared meal at a reasonable rate. Fun for the children, young and old, in so many ways - holding and learning bunnies, goats, petting horses, actually milking a real cow, playing in the creeks, fishing for trout, jumping on the unique trampolines, hiking trails to see pristine woodlands and waterfalls, group bonfires with singing, and picking fresh vegetables are some of the opportunities that Enota Retreat offers. I know that I am blessed to have had a chance to experience nature and kindness at Enota Retreat. DeeDee R

Enota Campground is located in the middle of the national forest surrounded by streams and waterfalls, the scenery was beautiful, calming and relaxing. The staff was wonderful and they went out of their way several times to make sure that our trip was beyond amazing. The cabins were clean when we arrived and the food was served on time and very good. The farm tour was great, even as an adult, the staff were very informative and allowed to be involved with the animals. It is a great place to go if you are looking to get away for awhile.

My family of 4 visited Enota during the slow season, but were treated like royalty. Everyone we met was super friendly and accommodating. We felt like Spirit the dog was our personal tour guide through the farm and waterfalls. The grounds are beautiful and the animals were so fun! I can't wait to go back during the summer and see the organic garden and activities. They are doing some renovating, but don't let that distract you from the hidden treasure of Enota!

Our stay in waterfall room (#13) was absolutely magical! We arrived in a Christmas snowstorm and were given free dinner by Victor (ham, potatoes, pumpkin pie)... our room was so cozy and clean, the property is heaven on earth! I would recommend this place to all nature lovers. We will return again and again!
