Located in Gainesville, Georgia, 60 miles Northeast of Atlanta on Lake Lanier. Five minutes off I-985, situated in a semi-rural area, overlooking 1996 Olympic Rowing Venue.
The owner occupied bed and breakfast is a spacious lake home on three wooded acres. The cove side suite has private entrance, den with fireplace, kitchenette, bathroom with shower/sauna and adjacent bedroom with queen-size bed. Newly added is a cabana-style lake side suite, open and airy, queen size bed with ensuite bathroom and kitchenette.
Approximately one half hour to North Georgia mountains, Road Atlanta, state and national parks, quaint small town shops, restaurants and art galleries.
