Mountain Laurel Creek Inn and Spa
MLC is tucked away in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, in the heart of North Georgia Wine Country, minutes from the Appalachian Trail, and just an hour north of Atlanta. We are ten minutes north of the scenic mountain town of Dahlonega, site of the first historic gold rush.
We have five luxurious suites to choose from, all with gas fireplaces, whirlpool tubs, and private balconies, all uniquely decorated with original artwork and attention to detail.
We have a small onsite spa and offer massages, couples massages and skin care treatments. We are a peaceful and quiet sancturary to totally relax, re-energize and pamper yourself or that special someone.

- Our signature dish is Golden Egg Wraps
Sausage and eggs are wrapped up on phyllo dough, baked then topped with hollandaise sauce, and home fries on the side. This dish was created to reflect Dahlonega's gold history and the waterfalls in the area. The wrapped eggs look like a gold miners sack of gold, and the hollandaise sauce cascading down the sides mimic the numerous waterfalls in our region.
