Lily Creek Lodge

2608 Auraria Road , Dahlonega, GA 30533 USA (Show map) Diamond Collection

Professionally Inspected & Certified Diamond Collection

Lily Creek Lodge, Dahlonega, Georgia, is a European style bed & breakfast located in the heart of North Georgia wine country. Lily Creek’s simple Alpine chalet exterior and natural woodland landscape belie the quiet sophistication of the eclectic interior. Luxurious linens and feather duvets, handcarved and master-crafted European antique furniture, and an art collection from around the world (including Icart, Dali, Picasso, Majolica from Italy, Carrera marble statue, nineteenth century French bisque, Moser crystal, oils and watercolors from exceptional local artists) are just inside the Hobbit-like front door. Enter using the sixteenth century hardware rescued from a ship, sunken for centuries off the coast of Florida, and be greeted by the gracious and friendly owner, Sharon, and staff. The owner and staff are dedicated to providing an uncommon, romantic and relaxing getaway in the Georgia mountains.

Review of Lily Creek Lodge

The owner was gracious and made me feel special. The arched ceiling of our room was a little hard for my tall husband to navigate.

A quiet retreat

4.0 on March 22, 2016

We spent a night at Lily Creek for our anniversary. It was so quiet there, which added to the enjoyment. We wished we could have stayed longer! The quiet also included no cell service in the valley where the lodge sits, in case that is a major issue for anyone.

Splendid visit to Dahlonega

We were warmly welcomed. We especially appreciated the quiet location. Breakfast was spectacular. We will definitely return.

Perfect location

4.0 on December 08, 2015

Breakfast was really, really good ... and not just your typical entrees. Nice location for taking in the small town feel (Christmas lighting of the square in Dahlonega, GA) to being able to do some Christmas shopping in the northern suburbs of Atlanta.

Grandma's getaway

4.8 on November 27, 2015

The service is outstanding and the breakfast beyond description. A lovely place for a gals getaway or a romantic weekend. We had a problem with our heat which was immediately addressed and our trip was not interrupted at all. The location is perfect for sight seeing around the area. We went to Helen and Lake Lanier. Depending on the time of year you could just sit under the trees and take in the view also. A truly great place to stay.

Year ago, I stayed at a small inn in Wales; this was similar. It was a cold and rainy weekend, so I didn't even see the pool, but enjoyed the inn, breakfast, and hospitality.

Best one in Dahlonega I've found. Nice people, very friendly owner and staff, quiet. I'll keep going back. By the way I was unknowing overbilled. Did not notice it. Two days after the stat the owner contacted me to let me know if the mistake and refunded the amt on the spot. That is honesty and the type of people I want to do business with
