The Lottie Moon House Bed & Breakfast

The Bed & Breakfast has CLOSED. Lottie Moon heard her calling here, the former First Baptist Church of Cartersville. The church was used by General Sherman to stable his horses and his men. Built in 1856, this building has many stories to tell.

We are not your typical Bed & Breakfast. We have luxurious linens, table ware, and full gourmet breakfast. Breakfast and/or drinks on the Veranda make for an unforgettable experience.

Walking distance to downtown Cartersville with horse drawn carriage rides available.

    The King Suite has a king size bed, a 'King Size' shower, and a claw-foot tub. The large bathroom opens to the veranda. The suite has two decorative fireplaces.The front view shows the spacious lower porch and upstairs Veranda. Directly across the street is Roselawn Museum.
    The upstairs Veranda has 2 swings, multiple rockers, tables, ceiling fans, and 'is the best room of the house'.The Princess Suite has a regular size antique brass bed, with doors that open to the veranda, a decorative fireplace, and a claw-foot tub with a hand-held Europeon type shower.
    The King Bath has a large claw-foot tub, a shower for TWO, 2 vanities, a decorative fireplace, and doors that open to the veranda.
