Allatoona Lake Inn was built in 1893 but a pre civil war house stood on this same foundation that was built much earlier. The original house was here during the battle of allatoona and was partially burned in a fire at a later date.

COME SEE OUR BEAUTIFUL 1893 LAKEFRONT VICTORIAN MANSION, EVENT FACILITY AND STABLE. WE ARE LOCATED ON LAKE ALLATOONA. BESIDES THE INN ROOMS WE ALSO HAVE A LAKE FRONT HOUSE WITH A PRIVATE DOCK AVAILABLE. THE INN HAS BEEN METICULOUSLY RESTORED. THE STABLE IS LOCATED ON 16 ACRES. EQUINE OVERNIGHT LODGING IS AVAILIBLE. ENJOY YOUR DAYS BOATING AND SWIMMING ON LAKE ALLATOONA, VISIT ALLATOONA PASS BATTLEFIELD, ANCIENT INDIAN MOUNDS, RED TOP MOUNTAIN STATE PARK, TELLUS SCIENCE MUSEUM OR GO ANTIQUING. ATLANTA IS ONLY 30 MINUTES AWAY. WE SERVE A FULL COOKED BREAKFAST FOR OUR INN GUESTS. COME SEE US AND ENJOY THE HOSPITALITY OF THE SOUTH.

Stayed here for a night away from the kids. It was great. Lynn and David were wonderful hosts, and the Inn and grounds were beautiful. It was our first time at a B&B, and it did not disappoint. We loved it so much that before we even checked out we made reservations for our next stay.

David and Lynn Smith are wonderful hosts. The Inn itself has so much charm and character. It was so great to meet and mingle with the other two couples staying there.

Very hospitable and felt right at "home". The suite was great!! Lynn & Dave were great and did everything to make your stay enjoyable.
