Willow Creek Inn

Every experience I have had at the Inn at Willow Falls has always been relaxing, peaceful and rejuvenating. It is a cozy and comfortable place to take in the beautiful surroundings of the Blue Ridge mountains while enjoying excellent food and service. They really seek to make sure you are well taken care of and get the most out of your stay. I love coming back again and again and would recommend it to anyone.

We have stayed at the Inn at Willow Falls several times during the past few years and have always been extremely happy with our experience. My wife and I highly recommend this place to you. Give it a try and we're sure you'll be as happy as we were!

The most peaceful setting in all of Blue Ridge! The hospitality so inviting and warm! And the food is beyond compare! Love it and will keep going back!

My wife and I stayed here for a quiet weekend getaway and was not dissappointed at all. Very peaceful and relaxing place to escape to. Gail and her daughters made us feel very welcomed and right at home.The rooms were spotless and very cozy with great decor throughout the enitre place. They prepared awesome meals and had great tasting homemade snacks and desserts ready at all times. Would highly reccommmend this Inn and we will defiantly be returning in the future.

We were looking for a quiet mountain get away. Gail and her staff at the Inn at Willow Falls granted us the peaceful retreat we were in search of while attending to every detail. Details: warm delicious breakfasts, hospitality throughout each day in addition to arrival, homemade breads and cakes, s'mores by the fire pit, lakeside walks, sweet attentive staff and a sense of home away from home. This is a great vacation spot for families as well as couples in need of R & R.

We had a wonderful time at this inn. It is truly beautiful here and they created a very warm atmosphere for us and our 9 week old daughter. They even made homemade cake for my wife's birthday which was a wonderful surprise!

My family and I were looking for a last minute mini-vacation in the north Georgia mountains. With kids of ages two, seven, and fifteen, my husband and I are always looking for activities that will interest everyone. The Inn at Willow Falls had it all! The guys had lots of luck fishing, while the girls and I went back and forth between playing in the lake and petting all the animals. For a "city" family like us, it was quite an experience to see goats, chickens, cows and turkeys! The location was great, too - just a short ride into Blue Ridge where we had dinner. My favorite part, however, as with many bed and breakfast inns, was the breakfast itself! Mostly all organic and natural, we were in heaven with Gail's meal. Fresh farm eggs, grain pancakes and local honey made it special. All in all, this was a great place.

We recently stayed at Willow Creek for our 29th anniversary. We truly were pampered by Gail, the owner and inn keeper. The room was cozy and comfortable. The food was unbelievable and very tasteful. We took advantage of having the evening meal at the inn and it was better than most restaurants! This is a place you can experience nature and truly sense God's presence! Looking forward to another stay at Willow Creek!

My wife and I stayed here on our anniversary in January and then again last weekend. We will be back many many times. Gail and her family are absolutely wonderful! The dinner and breakfast was far better than most restaurants. We really felt the presence of God at this beautiful bed and breakfast. My wife and I have never had such a sense of peace anywhere else. We felt extremely rested and refreshed when we left. The more we stay here, the more we do not want to leave. Willow Creek Inn is an EXCELLENT place to get away and relax. It was such a blessing to meet Gail and her family; they were great! The rooms were cozy, and the breakfast was fantastic!

We had a wonderful weekend at the Willow Creek Inn, Gail and her daughter leeanna were so precious. If you are looking for a peaceful, Christ centered, Bed and Breakfast this is the place for you. Gail welcomed us into her home, was warm and friendly and the Inn was very inviting. Our breakfasts were all organic, from the chickens laying the eggs, the fresh fruit, homemade biscuits and jellies, apple cider, Honey from the Honeybees, we were served a feast. We listened to soft, relaxing music as we enjoyed our breakfast. This was by far the best Inn we have ever stayed in. You will not be disappointed, we will be back, God willing. We stayed for 2 days and stayed in the Dorothy Suite with the large jacuzzi jetted tub. Gail and her Family were wonderful and made our trip to Blue Ridge, Ga. so memorable, we can't wait to return.

I very much enjoyed my stay at the Willow Creek Inn. I found the staff to be charming and accommodating to any needs I had. The rooms were cozy and clean; I slept better on their beds than i do at home! The warm atmosphere and outstanding food ensures that I will be back!

My wife and I spent a weekend at Willow Creek Inn for our anniversery. The service and food was excellent. We have stayed at many B&Bs and this was by far one of the best!

We enjoyed a wonderful wend in Blue Ridge and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Willow Creek Inn. Gail is an amazing innkeeper and makes an incredible breakfast. A great deal of time and attention was given to the food which was the highlight of our visit. Everything is homemade and delicious. The farm offered a great deal of activities but our stay was too short to enjoy all they have to offer. Our room was a bit dusty was our only complaint on the cleaniness. The fans and furniture were full of dust and my husband has severe allergies. Over all, we loved it and will consider returning in the future.

My wife and I loved Gail, and her family! They made us feel right at home! Great Breakfast, and just a wonderful place to get away, to a time when people talked, instead of watching TV, and were one with nature. I hate to brag on it too much because we might not be able to get a room the next time we can visit. Thank you for everything, and the Christian fellowship as well! God Bless Paul

We spent a 3-day anniversary weekend on the lovely Willow Creek property and thoroughly enjoyed the location, hospitality and food. Gail, her daughters, and Caleb all made sure that we were treated to wonderful meals (including yummy desserts as late evening treats), attentive service (meals served on our schedule, tours of the property and "meet-and-greet" with the farm animals), and delightful conversations (4-year-old Leanna is a real charmer!). The location is ideal for day trips to the surrounding towns, parks, hiking trails, orchards, rivers, etc., or just swimming in the lake - maybe relaxing under the trees with a good book.

We celebrated our 49th wedding anniversary with Gail in August, 2009. When we made reservations we failed to mention that sometime I have to use a cane. I couldn't use the upstairs room and Gail was so gracious. She went out of her way to give us first floor accomadations. This was so unexpected in this day and time. The Weather was great. The breakfasts were healthy and wonderful and pm desserts were first class. We want to bring our children and grandchildren to enjoy all the farm animals, hiking, fishing etc that I was not able to take advantage of during our stay because of my need of the cane. The conversations with Gail and her family and the other guests were interesting and delightful. Gail has a great business as well as a ministry here. Charles & Carolyn Charping

This is by far one of the most relaxing B&B vacation spots we have ever visited. The atmosphere is peaceful and tranquil and the Innkeeper and staff most gracious. The lake and surrounding area are breathtaking. We are looking forward to our next visit.

My husband and I enjoyed spending our 10th anniversary at Willow Creek. The food was exceptional and the setting and grounds were absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend this as a great place to stay.

My family and I stayed here for 2 nights over spring break. Gail was a great host and made us feel very welcome. The fresh breakfasts were outstanding and the desserts were great too. The kids even got to milk a cow one morning. The kids also enjoyed the lake with canoes. I definitely recommend the Willow Creek Inn for convenience, price, and overall stay.

We stayed in the B & B for the 1st time this year3/27/09. The weather wasn`t that great,it rained most of the week-end. Gail is a great hostess,she made us feel so at home while we were there. The desserts,and the breakfasts were wonderful,healthy and filling. The atmosphere at Willow Creek Inn is great,so relaxing,you really can sense God`s peace there. We will for sure be going back there in the future(hopefully sooner than later). The scenery is beautiful,and hidden from the daily grind of even Blue Ridge itself,that is what makes it so special. Willow Creek Inn made our 28th Anniversary get-a-way a huge success. Gail and her assistants truly cared about us. We had fantastic breakfast as well as evening desert of home made peanut butter pie! They even prepared foods that customized to our special diet needs. The room was immaculately clean and well decorated. We milked a cow - that was a fun new experience. We give our highest recommendation for those who want to relax, renew and find a wholesome Christian atmosphere by staying at Willow Creek Inn. The Blue Ridge Scenic Railway is a nearby fun experience to add to your stay along with the shops and eats in the little towns the train starts and stops in. David and Lora

A weekend at Gail's B&B will make you feel restored and refreshed. Both of our breakfasts were mouth-watering, and she spoiled us both nights with homemade desserts, fresh coffee and popcorn with real butter. I will definitely go back!

My husband and I drove 12 hours from South Florida to get to this inn. It was well worth the drive! We made arrangements the day before arriving to have dinner upon arrival. By the time we got there it was late, we were tired and hungry. We were greeted by music,candle light, delicious hot food and an angelicly gracious host, Gail. After dinner she prepared an incredible apple pie a la mode. After we finished settling in, she prepared a tray with beverages and fresh popcorn (her specialty) for us. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Breakfast was so incredible! From fresh milk, fresh eggs,fresh eggs, whole wheat waffles and beef bacon...Wow! What a feast!! And it was out of this world. The property offered absolute serenity. I loved milking "Jewel" the cow!! It was really neat! In fact, we loved it so much we went ahed and booked another day there and are making plans to go back in the next couple of months. If you are looking to get away from your busy every day life-this is the place to go! If you are looking to get in touch with God...you can feel his presence all around this property- this is the place to go! We can't wait to go back and we recommend this inn without hesitation!! I almost forgot to mention, Caleb, who lives & works there makes the most amazing wood carvings! Make sure to check them out & get one. We personally bought two. Diana & Vince

Willow Creek Inn exceeded all of our expectations. The Dorothy Elizabeth suite was large and furnished country comfortable with a king sized bed, huge television with DVD/VHS player, and bath tub large enough for two. The breakfasts were unbelievably tasty and healthy: organic, fresh eggs and milk, honey from their own hives, homemade breads, whole wheat and flax pancakes, delicious fresh baked desserts in the evening - all served elegantly and with the kind of attention to detail that makes one feel truly taken welcome. The property is beautiful with hiking trails, a spring fed lake, gardens, of course our favorite, farm animals. Gail Johnson, the proprietor and her staff are kind, friendly and ready to answer questions or meet needs. Caleb Lachmann, that takes care of the property and animals, has a woodworking shop where he carves bears - he designed two for us while we were there. It is amazing to see him do such fine work with a chainsaw! We were a little disappointed with area restaurants but did find a few we enjoyed: Toccoa River Restaurant and the area Longhorn. We heard lots of great things about Cocina Rustica but it was closed the day we tried to go. But no worries because you can eat a very big breakfast! Lots of beautiful scenery, waterfalls, antique shops - have fun!

Gail Johnson is an excellent hostess at Willow Creek. Her "farmhouse" with three bedrooms, but no breakfast, is very nice, comfortable and secluded. There is no TV connection and limited internet access -- only in the main building, a long walk away. There was central heat, but Gail also provided a very nice and effective wood stove -- she even has chopped wood ready for you. We enjoyed all those little extras she provided. Gail also provided excellent directions to Willow Creek, but please don't attempt to find the B&B in the dark due to the narrow and winding roads. We were really glad we drove there in daylight. Thanks Gail for a very nice week.

My family stayed here and we LOVED it. Mrs. Johnson was so very friendly and the best cook ever !!!!!! Please go try it....you'll love it

Located off of the beaten path, warm and cozy rooms, fresh - organic meals, friendly staff! We could not have expected more. We will return. Gail, Nitha and I thank you for a very pleasant weekend!

We stayed at Willow Creek over the Thanksgiving Weekend. It was a perfect get-away for my husband and me. The room was wonderful and so clean, and the breakfast was amazing- home grown and organic foods. Gail was an awesome host. We can't wait to go back. I have children with food allergies, and I know this will be worry free dining. Highly recommended!

Our stay was very relaxing and comforting. The hostess in this home is very accommodating and cooks wonderful organic foods. We will return.

A beautiful setting with a pond and trails just a few yards away. The rooms were clean and spacious and although the dvd player didn't work, Gail was happy to let us watch movies in an unused room. She was great also about letting my 30 pound dog come along for the rip without an extra fee. The breakfast was incredible (organic potatoes, eggs straight from the hen house, gread fruit spread) and she was great in respecting our privacy while making herself available as well. It was the perfect way to spend my birthday and we'll be back soon.

Gail runs a wonderful B & B. She is a charming hostess with outstanding hospitality. The Inn has lovely rooms with a terrific breakfast that would be hard to beat. Lots of peace and quite. I highly recommend Willow Creek Inn.
