Peg Shaw, the innkeeper, was very friendly, helpful, and gracious. We booked the whole inn for the bride and all the bridesmaids. It was wonderful - cozy, beautiful Victorian decor, and clean - just the perfect atmosphere for the weekend. The Inn served as our "Wedding Central" for others to stop by as well. We had the Bridal Brunch in the Inn and Peg was totally accommodating - allowing us to take over her kitchen completely. Peg and the Misty Mountain Inn helped make our daughter's wedding in the beautiful North Georgia Mountains a perfect memory.

We have stayed here numerous times and found not only Peg and Morgan the finest of Hosts, but, the accommodations comfortable, clean, and charming for the memorable stay you can only hope to have. Our love to her and our continued support for her gift to us. Marc and Carol

We arrived early and Peg had no problem with us checking into our cabin. She's a very nice lady and the resident goodwill ambassador Morgan is a hoot. I would highly recommend Misty Moutain to anyone.

It is nestled in the woods of Blairsville. You hear the birds singing and smell nature all around you. It is very quiet and perfect for relaxation. The food is great and you are close to shopping but not tooo close. Absolutely love Misty Mountain Inn.

Loved this place. One of the best B&Bs we've stayed in. The husband treated me to this stay for Mother's Day. Peg, Lisa and Morgan were outstanding hosts, the grounds are lovely, the nighttime concert of crickets, peepers and frogs was better any Symphony Orchestra! We stayed in the Citadel Room, a charming place with private balcony overlooking the garden. I'd stay again. It was worth it. Town is beginning to blossom and this is the perfect motorcycle getaway. Oh, the Friday night mountain music at the Courthouse is a plus.

We stayed in one of Peg's beautiful cottages and love it. Went there for a week and stayed a month. Best B & B in North Georgia!!!

We have stayed at Misty Mountain twice and feel so comfortable there it is like coming home. We love it there and plan to return.

I stayed here, last weekend; and I was quite impressed. The room rates are reasonable ($90 for a room in the inn, $110 for one of the cottages), and Peg is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. I had a reservation for one of the rooms in the inn, but since one of the cottages was open, I got upgraded for no extra charge! Our cottage (the maple cottage) was spacious with a 4-poster, queen-sized bed, jacuzzi, and kitchenette. We only went into the main building to check in / check out, but it was comfy and cozy too. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be coming back here.

I have stayed several times at Misty Mtn Inn & Cottages. It's a lovely, relaxing, very clean, and I just feel at home every time I stay there. The Breakfast that is served is awesome. It's a 5 star breakfast. I wish I could cook as good as the Iinnkeeper. I will Stay Again!!!!!!!

My husband and I spent several restful nights at Misty Mtn. Inn. The converted country farm house with its inviting wrap-a-round porch and lovely landscaping were a relaxing change from our normal big city routine. Kudos to inkeeper, Peg Shaw!

We have stayed in many B&B in Georgia and Carolinas. Hers is still the best all around. We can stay in Inn and get breakfast or stay in cabin and bring our dog. Close to many other things to do.

My first time there....very nice. Peg makes you feel at home....and everybody loves her dog, Morgan. I will return again.

We have stayed many times and thoroughly enjoy every visit.

Though this was our first B&B stay, we were very happy with the entire experience. Peg (Shaw) is wonderful to her guests without being effusive. All of her comments were straightforward. She had just finished a weekend at full capacity, including pets, but appeared none the worse for it. The upstairs room was homey, yet stately, and the grounds lovely with lots of trees and a stream nearby. We really felt that we were living in a famous place. The room air conditioner was a bit loud, but we soon adjusted to it. She also served and hosted a delicious breakfast, which she graciously delayed until we had returned from church. We will definitely stay here when we travel to this area again.

Everything was just GREAT. The hostess was very nice; the food was excellent,everything was in place. Overall, this is the Best place to stay while in Blairsville.
