I travel for work and NEVER have I stayed in a nicer place with nicer folks! Beautiful Home, Fantastic Meals, Great little town and the sweetest people you will ever meet. On a scale of 1 to 10, They are an 11 !!

Hubert and Patsy are the ultimate Host and Hostess! We were there yesterday, having spent five days being pampered. We truly did not want to leave. The atmosphere is wonderful...like being with our best friends...the food and service is incomparable. Staying at Magnolia is being treated to real Southern charm and elegance. Hubert and Patsy do everything to make your stay comfortable and memorable. We have been twice and are so anxious to return. A wonderful experience that we recommend to all.

Patsy and Hubert are the classic example of true Southern Hospitality. They could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Patsy's grits were great as was everything for breakfast. This is beautiful old southern mansion and yet is very comfortable and homey. They have a lovely garden and my wife and I both just loved the whole thing. We would highly recommend this to anyone going even close to Bartow.

We absolutely loved our stay! Patsy and Hubert were very hospitable and personable. Both the interior and exterior of the home were fabulous. They prepared us a fantastic breakfast and offered to show us around their town. We would recommend this Bed and Breakfast to anyone! If we ever travel back through the area, we would definitely stay again!!

What a great place to get "lost" from the busy routine of everyday demands! This historic atmosphere took us back to the days when people took time to stop and smell the "magnolias"! We experienced "Southern Hospitality" at its finest from the time we arrived until our departure. Patsy and Hubert made us feel like family. The meals were both delicious and exquisitely prepared. We look forward to a return visit.

Beautiful ante-bellum home furnished with period antiques and reproductions. Very large rooms -- very large/nice baths. Wonderful breakfast under the covered rear patio surrounded by oaks, magnolias and hummingbirds. Very friendly hosts.

The wife and I own a B&B about 2 1/2 hours from Bartow, Georgia, so this was a busman's holiday for us, a stopover on the way to the Georgia Coast. Hubert and Patsy are fantastic hosts, and we swapped B&B stories only innkeepers can know, late into the night. Great place, WAY off the beaten track. Try it!

Our first look at the house had me jumping for joy. "We are going to spend the evening in a real 1860s house". It looks like a house that time has failed to pass by. After being warmly greeted by Patsy and Hubert, we were escorted up to our full sized nicely decorated room consisting of a large queen sized bed and a variety of reading material. The bathroom has a shower, Jacuzzi, and a lounge chair. Hubert gave us a tour of the house explaining its history while Patsy brought us a platter that included a tasty cheese spread with crackers, grapes, and chocolate covered strawberries with a pitcher of ice water. These accommodating hosts booked us a reservation in a small private room at the Coleman Lake Restaurant in Midville. The restaurant was every bit as good as they stated The next morning, we were treated to a lavish breakfast that included a cut out slice of pineapple garnished with a variety of fruits in it, grits with a special seasoning in them, egg and ham casserole, pancakes, bacon, juice, and coffee for everyone else, unsweetened iced tea for me. This feast took places in a most nicely decorated dining room. Hubert then took Claudia and myself out for a tour of Bartow on his golf cart. I am a person who very much enjoys small town history. He showed us where he had grown up, where some his relatives have lived, where the person behind Jeep used to live. As we rode along, I could picture this town the way it was 50 years earlier. Stopping at the civic center, which is in a former school, he explained what the school had looked like when he attended classes there. He discussed the plays that are put on there, and the work that went into rehabilitating this former school. He then took us into an old railroad station in town that is being converted into a museum. The history there is most interesting. We will be back again.

The beauty and comfort of their home plus the delicious and bountfiful breakfasts were only exceeded by the warmth and hospitality of our hosts, Patsy and Huber. This was my first stay at a B&B, I fear I'm now ruined for any other - it was just that perfect!

This was our first B & B experience and it was great.. We were there for a whole week and Mr. Hubert and Ms. Patsy were so nice to us.. The house and grounds are beautiful... the breakfast Ms. Patsy prepared each day was incredible..

While searching for the perfect BBQ smoker we were able to spend our anniversary in the most delightful place - Magnolia Mornings in Bartow, Georgia. Huburt & Patsy became friends in a matter of minutes and the breakfast was over-the-top!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this Old southern home. What a treat to a lovely breakfast on the back terrace overlooking spanish moss covered trees!

Great owners-very clean- Breakfast was yummy, and unique! It was wonderful for my whole family to share the top floor. We loved sitting outside and visiting.

I've lived in the south all my life an never knew how much I appreciated it until I experienced it at its finest here at Magnolia Mornings. Rooms were spotless and beautifully furnished. The breakfast was a work of art, and the hosts were like family only better!

The proprietors of this bed & breakfast are friendly, respectable folks. We always love every minute of our stay there and wish we could stay longer.

From the lavish rooms to the grand breakfast each morning to the moss-covered trees, this was truly a wonderful experience. The southern hospitality was second to none!
