This 6,000 sq ft loft in the 130 Krog Street Building is centrally located in Intown Atlanta yet an amazing retreat. You can walk to several of the best restaurants in town or go have a drink and dinner at Keven Rathbun Steak located right next door.
This is the upstairs catwalk that takes you to three of the private bedrooms and bathrooms in three of the corners of the loft the fourth room is located downstairs and has a semi-private bathroom with a shower.

This is the upstairs room of Michael's suite. This large room has a very comfortable queen sized bed with wonderful linens and looks out onto the gardens. There is a private bathroom with a tub/shower that is at this level. There is a spiral stair to the downstairs room as well as entrances to each room from the main house.
This is the downstairs room to Michael's Suite. It has a television, futon couch, large desk and a separate entrance from downstairs. It is great for a family or for someone needing a private office area during their stay.
Amanda's room is very private and romantic room. It has 15 foot wood ceilings and is appointed with Heywood Wakefield mid-century furniture. The bed is a queen and is very comfortable with yummy linens. It has a private bath complete with shower. It looks out to a private wooded area and is very peaceful.
This modern Bedroom is located downstairs with a shared bathroom with a shower across the hall. The Urban Oasis is truely that and you will hear birds chirping in the garden outside this cozy room.
The private patio and garden is both happy and restful. A great place for weddings and parties or to have your breakfast or a glass of wine.
We hope you like dogs and cats. We have three friendly Basset Hounds and two cats. We keep the pets out of the guest rooms for those who may have allergies.
Another wedding setup. This one on Christmas Eve. The decor was spectacular with lights and balls hanging from the beams below the thirty foot wood ceiling.
Great for parties and weddings, this is the dining room rearranged for a wedding, and afterward it will become the dance floor ( see the band set up behind the chairs. We have fantastic parties here.
Huge, open style kitchen is great for caterers or perfect for us to cook you a fabulous breakfast. Sit at the Island or the dining room table.
An urban pond for an Urban Oasis. The garden has vegetables, fruit, roses, peonies, flowering scented vines, and much much more.

(Just look at all the reviews). The entire space is as open and wonderful as the hosts, Judi and Duane. Our room was large, comfortable, artfully decorated, and (blissfully) quiet. The garden is great. The location is excellent for shops, art, parks, restaurants, cafe's and clubs (even downtown if you need). Thanks Judi and Duane, we hope to see you, soon.

We recently stayed at Urban Oasis for 3 nights and loved everything. Judi and Duane were generous with their time and advice and by the time we left, we felt like we were part of the neighborhood and had experienced a slice of Atlanta that many tourists would miss!

Amazing destination combining an open park like atmosphere with a sense of warmth and security. I really enjoyed my stay and am already looking forward to my next visit. The convenience to the marvelous Inman Park area is unsurpassed. Everything was in easy walking distance. Highly recommended!!

I recently stayed at the Urban Oasis on a trip to Atlanta to visit old friends. It is a comfortable, stylish and convenient place to stay! It is close to many restaurants and shops, and with a car, all of Atlanta that is interesting is only 5-15 min away. Judi and her husband, who run the Oasis, are bright, artistic and interesting --- a nice change of pace from some other BnB's I have stayed at. I will be back the next time I go to Atlanta!

The Four Seasons may have felt that way late December back in 1963 and Judi and Duane make you feel that way when you stay with them. The place is just too cool, they are great hosts and really know the best places to eat. I can't wait to visit Atlanta again, I already know where I want to stay.

I loved my Springtime stay at Judi and Duane's Urban Oasis. Their garden was amazing! It was full of beautiful flowers, some I had never seen before, including the Passion Flower. They have a nice sitting area next to a fountain that I would sit with my coffee in the early morning and watch the birds. What a great way to start your day.

I was scheduled, at the last minute and in place of a coworker, to attend the Health Information Management Society's annual conference. The conference had over 35K people attending and every major hotel was completely booked. Thanks for my girlfriend's suggestion I decided to look at a convenient B&B as an alternative. Urban Oasis was perfect. Judi was kind enough to spin me over to the Marta stop in the mornings and the ease of getting back and forth to the GWCC was a much better alternative to staying 20 miles away in another nameless hotel. Great accomodations and a real relaxing stay. They even had the olympic hockey game on the TV waiting for me when I arrived. Highly recommend it for business travel in the area.

What a beautiful and relaxing way to enjoy the first signs of spring..... at the Urban Oasis. The Urban Oasis is truly an artist's delight with great coffee shops and cool adventures within walking distance. It is a wonderful place to slow down your pace, but is so easy to get around any place in Atlanta you would want to go. Enjoy being 5 minutes away from downtown, but missing all the traffic. Judy and Duane make it a pleasure that you keep wanting to go back to!

From I-75/I-85: The interstates join together through the heart of downtown Atlanta. Take the exit for Freedom Parkway and the Carter Center. Follow the signs to the Carter Center. Go under the covered bridge and veer to the right with signs for E42. Pass the Carter Center on your left. Go to the stoplight and turn right on N. Highland Ave. Go about 1/2 mile when you see the warehouses and turn right onto Elizabeth St. Go several blocks until you get to a more warehouses. That will be Krog Street.
