We came here for our ten year anniversary and loved everything about it! We are country people and didn't know if we would actually like staying in the city, but my husband said he never knew he could actually like staying in Atlanta!!!

This was my boyfriend and I's first long getaway together. We could not have picked a better place to stay! It was very quaint and romantic - extremely clean. Lana was great, super nice and very cordial. Rosa was such a sweetheart and cooked a wonderful breakfast. The location is perfect - the Virginia Highlands are great, and you are SO close to so many restaurants, Piedmont Park, and a close enough distance to Downtown and Buckhead. We are looking forward to visiting Ponce De Leon Place B & B again in the future!

First time in Atlanta. We came for our niece's wedding. The stay here was totally relaxing. The B& B is in one of the older neighborhoods near Piedmont Park in the Virginia-Highlands. You are minutes from downtown and midtown Atlanta but if feels like a small town. The quiet walks were nice. The City Suite was perfect (it felt like we were at home----really!) Lana was fantastic and the breakfasts were great. Good times.

Recently celebrated a friend's birthday with a stay at Ponce de Leon Place B&B. I can't say enough about how gracious Lana was! The suite was exquisite and the service was superb! Loved sitting on the screened porch in the morning, drinking coffee, listening to nature, and feeling peaceful and cared for. Thank you! - T.R.

We loved our stay, the house and grounds were charming with some of the nicest rooms that we have ever stayed in. The hostess was very friendly and we felt at home immediately.

Our only regret is that we could only stay one night. The "Cottage Suite" is a wonderfull cozy place to hide from the bustling world. Every detail is well thought out. Lana seems eager to please her guests. Upon arrival, we found fresh flowers in several places and small boxes of chocolates on the table in the breakfast nook (our stay was Valentines Day eve). Rosa did a beautiful job providing breakfast, including yogurt/granola/fruit parfaits, which really pleased my vegetarian wife. For dinner, we found many restaurants within a 5 minute drive and chose a Thai establishment that was also fantastic. I truly hope we can return some time to spend a few days exploring Atlanta.

This is the 3rd time we've stayed at Ponce de Leon Place and each time we felt like we were at a home away from home. We love the location as it's very close to Midtown and nestled in one of Atlanta's best neighborhoods, Poncey- Highlands/Virginia Highlands. It's a great neighborhood for just walking and house viewing as there are tons of great Craftsmen style homes in the area.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at your B&B. Especially Rosie the cook made our stay so exceptional. She is absolutely a wonderful asset to this B&B. An outstanding cook and such a special person!!! We will be returning sometime in the near future. Thanks again!!

I would without question recommend this acommodation to any one...it is set in a beautiful street with the virgina highlands fifteen walk away and little five points (which is camden like) a little further. I stayed with my husband for four days we come from the UK and it was fantastic...great location only a walk into mid town atlanta and the wonderfuly easy (and cheap) MARTA travel system...beautiful piedmont park and the Fox theatre. The acommodation is beautiful we stayed in the hollywood suite...wow and the gracious Rosa served us our breakfast every morning while we looked onto the garden watching squirrels playing and the sun shining (it was late October and 74 degrees!) this place is a must...Lana thank you for an amazing holiday...ann & paul

I stayed there for one night during a combined/business pleasure trip. I found the owner and her staff very friendly and the breakfast was lovely (I actually went on to visit the bakery that made my breakfast croissant!). I intend to stay there again on my next trip to Atlanta. Great location near Virginia Highlands.

Located in Virginia/Highlands minutes from downtown - extremely quiet park-like atmosphere, wonderfully comfortable beds, breakfast was fabulous and plentiful, great neighborhood for walking, with shopping and restaurants just a few minutes walk down the street. Innkeeper very gracious!

Clean, comfortable and carefully appointed rooms in a quiet part of Atlanta. I don't know why anyone would stay in an impersonal hotel, when thi splace is so close to downtown. Excellent full breakfast; we will be back.

Lana's hospitality, the rooms, the location, the decor... all of it is simply the BEST! I only stay here when I come to Atlanta.

How comforting it was to come in out of the rain and be welcomed by soft music and a bottle of wine. A warm fire by the bed created the ultimate sense of comfort as the rain beat against the window. Seasonal touches sparkled around the room. The amenities were all there...comfortable bed, a full-range of entertainment equipment (tv, stereo, DVD's, movies, CD's), games, magazines, munchies, hot tea, an ironing board, a fully stocked bathroom, complete with Jacuzzi (for one) and assorted bath oils. Three delicious breakfasts (cooked to our order) were served in a private, pleasant sunroom. Family obligations required us to leave before the usual breakfast serving times, but Lana willingly served us earlier than her usual time. I have recommended Ponce de Leon Place to my brother-in-law, for its location...halfway between his place of employment at Georgia Tech and his home. I would recommend this inn to family and friends. The Cottage Suite is perfect for couples on a romantic weekend or for a woman who would like to spend a weekend on retreat by herself. For us, it was great place to relax on a hectic, rainy weekend...truly, a shelter from the storm.

First visit to a B&B -- have stayed in townhouses on beaches or hotels elsewhere before. Boy, we sure did not know what we were missing out on. Like home away from home. Lana, our hostess, was great. Any time we are remotely close to Atlanta area will definitely stay here again.

This charming B&B thoughtfully provides all the comforts of home. tastefully decorated with unfussy but charming details, the environment was welcoming and casual. In-room full breakfasts were a delight. The City Suite features a full kitchen and complimentary snacks and beverages.

We chose this B and B because it was close to our daughter who was moving. Not only was this place convenient it was WONDERFUL. After a hard day of work it was such a pleasure to come back to such a beautiful, comfortable, well equipped room to relax and recover. The Innkeeper, Lana was so kind and accommodating and let us include our daughter in our delicious morning breakfasts on the porch. I look forward to returning for another relaxing stay.

We stayed in the Executive Suite and loved it. It was spacious, quiet and beautifully decorated. There is a cd collection(more cds than I even own) and movies in room. Breakfast was awesome. I would have never thought to make an omlette out of spinach and feta cheese. Every morning when Rosa brings your fruit, coffee/tea or juice, she asks what you would like for breakfast. My husband and I miss her smiling face (and tray of breakfast). I found the whole stay very enjoyable. We are looking forward to our next visit.

My husband and I recently stayed three nights at the Ponce de Leon Inn for an event at the Fox Theater. Our room was beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the bottle of wine and snacks we received when we got there. However, we were disappointed that the innkeeper didn't live on the property and was available for advice only at breakfast or through a phone call. We make it a policy to stay at Inns where the actual owners live--it makes a difference in how you are treated-although many innkeepers communicate through hired help. All the rooms have separate entrances and there is no common area. That's great for privacy. We were downstairs in the back of the inn, and everytime we walked to our car, we could smell the sewage. Pretty nasty. Also, be sure to have your cell phone with you and charged up. There was no phone in our room. The first night we were there, we were the only guests in the inn so it was a little creepy being alone there.

Nice, relaxing place, especially for being so close to a larger city. Found nice restaurants nearby, and the room was away from traffic so it was easy to get a good night's sleep. I'd go back any time my travels take me to Atlanta.

A quaint and convenient place to stay; easy access to major attractions in Atlanta. Very pleasant owner and staff.

The Executive Suite was comfortable, clean and has a wonderful screened in porch with a fantastic of a wooded oasis that would make you think you are not in the heart of a major metropolitan area. I enjoyed breakfast on the porch each day of my stay. The owner focuses on putting herself in the customer's shoes; making your stay memorable and warm. I would recommend Ponce de Leon Place and would definitely make a repeat visit.
