This was my third stay at Greenwood B&B, and it won't be my last. Perfect location in a charming neighborhood with easy access to Virginia Highlands and Midtown Atlanta. Spacious and clean with a bedroom & bath, a full kitchen, a living area, and a small sunroom that is perfect for breakfast. David is a wonderful host and always makes sure that you have all you need.

This place reminded us of going home to Mom & Dad's (except it was cleaner, lol )! David is very accommodating while at the same time not being intrusive. The way the suite is setup, you have your own living area and only need to engage when you want to. Breakfast was great and David was very accommodating to allergies! It's a nice option to downtown Atlanta hotels and in a much better neighborhood. We will be back!

The rooms were very lovely - well decorated, homey, comfortable, well-lit. We wanted to move in there! My wife loves vegetables, and the breakfast he prepared greatly satisfied her. The host was accessible, courteous and respectful. His personality was New York-like; if you're expecting someone with good 'ol southern hospitality feel, you'll want a different place. We'd definitely stay there again.

David Berl knows how to host a guest! When I am in the Virginia Highlands area of Atlanta, I am grateful for the hospitality at David's Greenwood B&B. The private entrance, the feeling of a true home, the minimalist decor, the warmth of the decor, the comfort of the bed, the division between the bedroom and the kitchen/den area, the bathtub with shower, the walking distance to everything needed in the Va Highlands restaurant/shopping area, and the suggestions made by David . . .all are top notch hospitality . . .quiet, comfortable, and just perfect for a getaway, a work/play combo trip, a solo trip, or whatever you need. I am a repeat customer and a tough critic :) Thanks, David . . . Bless your B&B . . . Jane G.

This is a deceptively spacious space on a quiet street within a short walk of the beltline and great restaurants. David is friendly and accommodating. It is my first choice for accommodations in Atlanta.

David was very welcoming (even though I arrived very late at night due to a delayed plane trip) Thanks!

We stayed here for one night back in January and really liked it. It's basically like staying in a comfy, one-bedroom duplex. The kitchen area is pretty complete, so it would be a great place for an extended stay. The little Bohemian dining nook at the front of the house was a lovely spot for breakfast. The neighborhood was cute and quiet. Definitely would stay here again.

This B&B is a gem in Atlanta Midtown. It is a small apartment too with its own entrance and a small kitchen. Right near lots of things to do within walking distance. Blocks from Piedmont Park, restaurants, Botanical Gardens, and more. Great breakfasts.

My wife and I spent one night this past week at Evergreen and it was very enjoyable. It includes a living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and a small sitting area. It's like having your own apartment and David is a great host. We used to live in the area and like to visit periodically. We just discovered this BnB and intend to stay here whenever we visit Atlanta. Highly recommended.

What a pleasant experience! We enjoyed what Atlanta had to offer, including the "Silver Comet" bike trail as suggested by our Innkeeper,David, who is a avid biker himself. We had such a relaxing 4 nights that we will come back and do more. The Inn was like having your own personal suite, along with being able to sit on the porch and enjoy the beautiful neighborhood. Having a delicious breakfast being served to us every morning,on the enclosed porch topped it off.David exceeded our expectations.
