    I-85 South to Exit 149 (Commerce/Banks Crossing). Travel North on US Hwy 441 for 15 1/2 miles. Turn left onto Apple Pie Ridge Road near Hollingsworth. Travel 4 miles to the Lodge's entrance on your right.

      Described by the writers at Southern Living as "little clouds of comfort bread", the Lodge's fresh-made biscuits take the cake! Warm, aromatic, light and flaky...they're the perfect mate to fresh apple butter or mixed berry preserves. Save room for several. It's impossible to eat only one.

      Judy enjoys cooking, reading and being grandma to 8 "wonderful" grandchildren when they're in town. Judy just retired after 12 years as the town's children's librarian. Max enjoys gardening, raising beef cattle, and sharing Lodge and life stories with guests. (Most folks say he's never met a stranger!) Above all, Max and Judy are "people" people who love living in and sharing the Lodge with others.
