We Can't Thank You Enough!

We absolutely loved this bed and breakfast! My friend and I met in Savannah to celebrate her 50th. Our journey at Azelia Inn began over the phone. Christina was able to help me choose the ideal rooming situation for my friend and I. I then continued to converse with most of the front desk staff through email. They each helped me to pick wonderful restaurants and booked the reservations for my friend and I. Furthermore, I was able to order the most delicious special made cheese cake birthday cake and champaign to have waiting to surprise my friend when we arrived. We stayed in the Spanish Moss Villa and absolutely loved it. It was comfortable, immaculate and offered us lots of privacy. The hospitality at Azelia in is incredible. And, you are going to love the food. Truly we do not have anything negative to say about our experience there. We can't thank Azelia Inn enough!

My boyfriend and I recently spent 4 days at Azalea Inn and Villa. It was our first time there and yet the entire staff treated us as though they had known us for years-- we felt very at home from the moment we walked through the door. Their recommendations for restaurants and sites to see in Savannah were a bonus, as it was our first visit to the city. And I can’t forget to mention the delicious, fresh breakfast every morning! We had a wonderful experience at Azalea and plan to visit them again.

Amazing Service!

My daughter and I stayed at the Azalea Inn last July and had such a wonderful experience that my husband and I decided to plan a trip of our own to Savannah this spring. We couldn't wait to return to the Azalea Inn. Each breakfast was fantastic and the service is amazing! You will feel like you are home and party of a wonderful family if you stay here!

Weekend Away

Absolutely not! I cannot even begin to tell you how impressed I was with everything. For starters, before I even got there, your staff went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed to get there and secondly, they also helped setup restaurant reservations with expertly crafted information on the local restaurants. and sightseeing tours based on our timetable. The room was fantastic and the breakfast very nice. I hate we did not spend more time inside the main house as it looked beautiful and inviting, but our time was limited. But from our short stay, I can already tell you we will be back. Kudos to you and your staff on a job well done. I did want to tell you that where your Villa is located is a great spot. I found that leaving your location to go to the main Historic District was a pleasant walk due to the fact that if we went anywhere down by the river, we got the full benefit of crossing the entire Historic District, which is the primary reason we went. So suffice it to say, when you say your location is "off the beaten path", I say it is "perfectly situated". It is not located directly in the hustle and bustle and I think that is a good thing. Thank You Again for making our short weekend wonderful.

Our Azalea Experience

5 on March 02, 2016

Our stay at Azalea Inn and Villas in February, was the very first time we experienced a Bed and Breakfast. It was truly a delightful and memorable trip. The staff is so helpful about making reservations at local restaurants and tour companies. They also give you a list of the best places to dine and explore. My husband and I wanted a quiet getaway to celebrate our anniversary. We were not disappointed. The delectable breakfasts and deserts were southern comfort treats! And the service and hospitality was superb!

We stayed with our family for Christmas it was wonderful the three days we stayed. The room was just spectacular and accommodated our family perfectly. The breakfasts were delicious and very filling. We had wonderful conversations with other guests and the staff. We had a wonderful Christmas.

A Home Away From Home

5 on January 04, 2015

My family and I have stayed at Azalea Inn several times over the last few years during trips to Savannah. Azalea was our first Bed and Breakfast and has now become our "home away from home". From the delicious breakfast to the evening snack to the charming Inn keeper and will not be disappointed,

We LOVE the Azalea Inn!

mmend the Azalea Inn for your wedding, anniversary or just a special trip. They make you feel comfortable and at home, which is not easy to do at most B&B's. The staff is very helpful and fun, and I can't forget about Joey, the 4 lb. hypo - allergenic mascot! The little touches really make the difference. The food is great, the pool and gardens are beautiful, the rooms are cozy and comfortable and the location is just steps away from everything you want to see in Savannah. We have been to many B&B's around the country, but this is by far the best! We can't wait to come back!

Savannah Experience

We stayed at The Azalea Inn and Garden for two nights in 'Sweet Olive' room. The staff was warm and welcoming, and attentive to all our needs. The property was lovely, and provided a great respite after each days activities. The breakfasts and afternoon desserts were fabulous! Highly recommend staying here when in Savannah. Greg & Janet

Wonderful food and hospitality

4.2 on April 03, 2014

Stayed here during busy season-Home and Garden Tours and Music Festival. The staff went out of their way to help and accommodate. Location is good-the rest of the historic area is walkable. The off street parking is a plus and well worth the slight additional fee. The food was outstanding. The only thing I did not like was the shower in the Gentlemen's Parlor. It was a bit inconvenient with the sliding doors as far as someone using the sink area at the same time as someone wanting to use the shower. But I did not mind too much really as everything else was so perfect about our stay.

We purchased Azalea Inn in 2005 after honeymooning her in 2002 and falling in love with Savannah. We love the interaction with guests from all corners of the earth and sharing our love of this beautiful city with them.

Signature Dish

Shrimp and Grits
Shrimp was once considered a "poor man's" meal as were grits and so was a staple in the diet of early settlers. We enjoy turning our guests on to the unique flavor and texture of grits and combining them with the sweet Georgia shrimp.
