    Reservation Policy

    • Check In: 2 p.m.    Check Out: 11 a.m.

    • Deposit Amount Required: Our policy requires 50% of total amount due as deposit at the time reservations are made, and the full amount of the balance due seven days prior to arrival.

    • Cancellations: If you change or cancel a reservation 15 days or more prior to your arrival date, we will refund your deposit less a $50.00 processing fee. If less than 15 days notice of change or cancellation is given, the full amount of stay is charged, one night's rate is retained as a cancellation fee, and a credit is issued for the balance towards a future stay for which a reservation is required and which is subject to availability. The credit is valid for 13 months.

Turn at major intersection to St. Simons Island/Sea Island Causeway *
