Goodbread House was terrific - Mardja even upgraded our room since it was available which was unbelievable! We were never upgraded in all the times we traveled anywhere. She was very sweet and we loved the room. It was huge!

Our Stay with Mardja at the Goodbread House was a real treat. It was so nice chatting with her, and enjoying the charms of this historic Bed and Breakfast. Our dog Pucci was warmly welcomed and as any traveler with pets knows that is a big relief. Mardja helped us get around town and had menus for the best places to eat. Her breakfast was wonderful. The rooms were so much fun. Next time we are in or around Saint Marys we will be staying here for sure.

We absolutely love visiting the Goodbread B&B! Mardja is a fabulous hostess who could and should write a book! She is an amazing cook, aims to please all of her guests and treats us like family friends. Tammy and Jenna are wonderful housekeepers, always willing to do anything to make visits memorable. We have become frequent flyers at the Goodbread. I can't think of any other place worthy of residing when we are in St Mary's....

We give the Goodbread House an outstanding review from the relaxing, themed rooms, to the delicious homecooked breakfasts we had every morning. The innkeeper Diana always went out of her way to make our stay out of the ordinary and the owner Marga was friendly and full of information about the inn and the area! We loved the time we spent there and will be back. The rooms are clean and the stories about the inn make the whole experience one of a kind.

My husband and I had a great visit. Mardja and Tammy were both so friendly and helpful. It is a beautiful Victorian home decorated exquisitely. Breakfasts were all wonderful. We love visiting St. Mary's. It is such a quaint, relaxing place right on the water. We will definitely return soon to the Goodbread House. Alan & Linda

We stayed at the Goodbread house before, we loved it and so we returned. It is a nice quiet place, very comfortable front porch. Wine and cake available throughout the day. If you have a special need, just ask and you are accommodated. The hospitality is just wonderful. Mardja has lots of information/suggestions for things to do and engages with her guests to make them feel at home. Needless to say, we will return!

This is the second time I've stayed at the Goodbread House, and I'm never disappointed. The rooms are fantastic and the staff is courteous and helpful. I would come here often.
