"Goodwin Manor" is a 100 year old family home located two short walking blocks from downtown Greensboro (with its shops and restaurants), near Lake Oconee (with its fabulous golf courses and more shopping and eatery opportunities), and only 30 miles from Athens (and the University of Georgia and all its activities and downtown scene) - this third generation, two-story house has five rooms for overnight stays (which include a multi-course breakfast), plus 900 square foot front porch and two rear decks for relaxation - call 706-453-6218
