My husband and I stayed here for two nights and my only regret is that we didn't book a longer stay. This 1-room B&B offers perfect comfort and privacy. David is a gracious host and makes sure that you are well taken care of for the duration of your stay. His breakfasts were hearty, simple and delicious and the breakfast nook was wonderful for watching the world wander by while enjoying delicious cups of coffee. Finally, the location of this inn is PERFECT for someone brand new to Atlanta, or visiting for the millionth time. Walking distance to Piedmont Park and the new Beltline, you can get anywhere that you'd like by foot or bike, or by hopping on the city transit MARTA. We WILL be back.

We are adding David’s Greenwood B&B to our A-list of great places to stay and highly recommend it as one of the best deals in Atlanta. It has all of the big C's we look for: Clean: everything from bathroom to kitchen. Comfortable: relaxed ambiance with a good bed for sleeping & comfortable sitting areas with adjustable lighting; nothing is pretentious. Convenient: close walking & driving distance to good restaurants, markets, major attractions. Cost: Hard to beat value for a 525 sq. ft. quiet private fully furnished apartment that includes a full breakfast every morning! Capable host/owner: David is a great host: amiable, approachable, and accommodating; very easy to talk to and ask for advice. He's quite a chef who prepares & serves generous portions of delicious breakfasts like fresh spinach, mushroom, onion & cheese omelette with toast, butter & jam and a fresh fruit bowl along with OJ and coffee. Mahalo nui loa(Thank you very much) David for taking such good care of us during our first visit to Atlanta. Aloha, Reynold & Jenny Choy

We were visiting my son who lives in the neighborhood. I loved the convenience of nearby, restaurants (cuisine ranging from Japanese to American bar and grill), Piedmont Park and the privacy of the guest suite. David, the innkeeper, is the perfect host and makes a delicious breakfast! Once we parked our car in the driveway, we never had to use it - everything you need is within walking distance in this charming neighborhood.

My husband and I live in an Atlanta suburb. We wanted to get away from the house for a one night celebration of our anniversary. The accomodations, breakfast, and service were excellent!

The description and pictures advertised were true to the experience. David was a great host. He made a hearty delicious breakfast. He was prompt and accommodating in responding to my requests. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient. The accomodations were charming and comfortable and clean. The bonus of a living room space was ideal for us to relax and we even enjoyed playing a good round of scrabble found on the bookshelf. For those who want to visit the city of Atlanta but don't want the big city high rise feel, this is the place! It felt like home away from home with perks. First on my list to stay when I return to Atlanta.

I had a great time staying at the Greenwood Bed and Breakfast. The location was perfect. I had easy access to the Atlanta Beltway Line, which is a fantastic paved path for biking and walking (both of which I did!). Though it is convenient to many wonderful shops and restaurants, it is on a very quiet street. I can't say enough about the hospitality I received from the Owner, David. He was very friendly and accommodating. He even made sure to cook me vegan breakfasts (which were delicious!). This place is a real gem and I would highly recommend it to people looking for comfort, style, convenience, and peace and quiet in one of Atlanta's best areas!
