Perfect location in lovely neighborhood near the most important sights. Spacious and clean--like having your own 1BR apt. Helpful innkeeper. Breakfast ample and tasty--pancakes a special treat. Comfortable bed. We stayed 3 nites and would definitely recommend and return.

This was our first time visiting a bed and breakfast. Nestled in what seemed like a quiet neighborhood, but so conveniently located near shops, parks, and restaurants. The inn keeper was accommodating. The facilities were well kept and clean. I felt as though I was sleeping over at a friend's house. I would recommend this B and B to anyone and hope to return there soon!

This B&B was an awesome find. It is right in the heart of downtown and many downtown attractions were located nearby. The layout of the suite was like a one bdrm apartment. The host David was very hospitable and the breakfast was great. We definitely plan on staying here again.

Everything you could possibly want and much more! A lovely half-home with lots of space and charm, conveniently located in one of Atlanta's most popular and friendly neighborhoods, within walking distance to most everything including Trader Joe's. Attractive private setting with off-street parking. David's sincere desire in making his guests happy and comfortable is a rare quality that's guaranteed to be appreciated. His culinary skills, kindness and generosity are over the top! We had a wonderful visit and can't wait to return for a longer one!

Greenwood Bed & Breakfast is located in a quaint older neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores, and a 5-10 minute drive from Emory University. The location is also within 30 to 35 minutes of the Atlanta airport, even with commuting traffic. David was flexible in allowing our booking even though he had a commitment which prevented us from being able to partake in breakfast (which was not a problem for us). Please note that there is no way to leave a review without entering a Dining score, so I have rated it as outstanding based on other comments which I have read on this site). David offered helpful suggestions on dining and shopping options nearby. As it happened we were caught up in the United computer glitch and had to rearrange our travel plans for a later flight out of Atlanta. As he had no other guests coming in that afternoon, David was great about allowing us to stay until we needed to leave for the airport, which was a huge stress-reliever. The apartment setup is ideal for travelers looking for a bit more space. There is a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, as well as a sleep-sofa in the living room area which gave our 17 year old some privacy. The unit was spotlessly clean, with lots of bath towels, a full kitchen, air conditioning and ceiling fans. Nice touches included a coffee machine complete with supplies and a computer with printer so that we were able to print boarding passes. We would definitely return, and hope to arrange it so that next time we can stay for breakfast!
The Greenwood Suite features 525 square feet of living space with private entrance, living room, separate bedroom with private bath, enclosed porch, and kitchen. Rate is quoted for 2 people, each additional guest is $15.00.
