Susan and Kim are the best Innkeepers my wife and I have experienced in our many adventures into B & B's. Susan prepared a gourmet breakfast for our stay and Kim imparted many helpful ideas for dining and sites to visit. All in all this was one of our most memorable anniversary in some time. I have had the pleasure of staying at the Americus Garden Inn twice. Both times I was traveling with my sister for a funeral and Kim and Susan made our unpleasant time feel like a vacation get-a-way. They took care of everything and made us feel like their family. They welcome you in with open arms and provide every essential of a great stay. On our second visit just 2 weeks ago, we had the home to ourselves. It felt like "our" home. We will always stay with them when our travels take us through Americus. In fact, we are planning a trip to stay with them next year! Thank you again Kim and Susan for making the trip amazing and unforgettable.

My bride and I had a wonderful experience staying at the Americus Garden Inn. The owners were extremely nice and very informative about the local area. The breakfasts were excellent.....I found myself looking to see what we were having in the morning before I went to bed. My parents plan on staying there in the future.

In early November my husband and I spent 2 nights in this beautiful Bed and Breakfast. Susan and Kim were most gracious in welcoming us into their home, and the breakfast they served each morning were delicious, especially the scones. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at AGI could not have been better...the house is amazing, the setting is gorgeous and the owners were some of the nicest people we have ever met. We have added it to our list to come back some day

We booked based on the rating and found the Garden Inn to be all it was reputed to be and more. Great room, nice innkeepers, fantastic food. What more could you ask?

My daughters and granddaughter treated me to a “girls’ weekend” at the beautiful Americus Garden Inn to celebrate a milestone birthday. All of us were treated like royalty, way over and above what might be expected from a bed and breakfast hotel. Words can’t describe the beautifully plated and marvelously delicious breakfasts our host Susan made for us, including gluten-free pumpkin muffins, homemade applesauce and fresh pomegranates — a different treat each morning. Kim, her husband and co-host, went out of his way to chat with us, tell us about the attractions nearby and how to get there, and make fresh coffee for us when we returned. The inn itself and the gorgeous, still-blooming gardens (even in late October!) were just magnificent. Everything was meticulously clean and sparkling. All-in-all, a weekend to remember forever!

We've been planning a family girls weekend for a very long time and decided to visit the Americus Garden Inn. What a great decision we made! The Inn and garden are gorgeous and spacious. The Inn's owners, Susan and Kim, were gracious, wonderful hosts for our long weekend. They shared the amazing history of the inn and gave us lots of suggestions on things to do in the area while we were there. Our room was comfortable and lovely and everything we needed was thought out before we arrived. Their attention to detail was evident in every aspect of our stay. The outstanding breakfast and delicious coffee each day was the highlight of our stay! Absolutely fantastic in every respect. We can not wait to go back!
