    Set in the beautiful Cognac region of France this superbly appointed Maison de Maitre stands in its’ own grounds in the centre of a small hamlet surrounded by vineyards and woodland. The house is entered through imposing electronic gates opening on to a large courtyard with fountain. The house has been decorated to the highest standards and consists of numerous rooms including a study. To the rear of the main house is a very large walled garden, over an acre in size with a 12 metre by 6 metre swimming pool which is available for use between 17.00 hrs and 19.00 hrs.
